Well, after my disappointing .5 pound loss last week, I buckled down and was thrilled when the scale was down 4 more pounds this week. This journey is incredibly dificult and seeing the pounds come off each week is such a motivator to keep going! I hope everyone else is having the same success. If not, stay with it. The end results will be worth it! SW: 242 / CW: 229 / GW: 140 (down 13 pounds! That's more than a 10th of the way there, haha!) |

Sorry. I haven't checked in since my first post, but I always read everyone's posts for encouragement. I weigh myself on Monday mornings, and I was really disappointed last Monday when I had only lost .5 pounds after what I thought was a fairly good week for me! I was bummed for a while, but then realized, it was still a loss and that's really all I can ask for! Anyway, I've hit the gym harder this week and am hoping to see a bigger difference this Monday. Wish me luck! |
