Well because rolls on my stomach are icky! lol. I dont want to be to skinny, and the lowest I will go is 115. I just want about 15% body fat. I was 16% 115 pounds about two months ago, and i moved and gained some. I need some ideas, and motivation basically. I heard that I should eat certain foods, and then workout after I lose the body fat is this true? |

Hey if you guys want we can make this our little group its totally up to you guys though. If you want you can message me one on one too. Either, or it doesnt matter. Well I lost water weight yesterday because I ate 1300 calories and went walking for an hour so I went from 125, to 120.5 it was kind of cool. I was 115 about 1 month ago I went from 140 to 115 and then during the process of graduating college, moving back home & getting settled it I went up to 125 * I know some of it was water weight, but I feel fabulous at 115, so now I am trying to get back there. My name is heather :) You guys can post your names, and we can have weigh ins on Wednesdays? If that works for you, if Wednesday does not you can do it on your own day of the week. If that sounds good. Well hopefully we can all stay strong, I am also trying to help my two sisters lose weight so mine will be pretty fast an easy since I am trying to lose less than 10, and well one of them is trying to lose 40, and the other 80. I am kind of about being healthy because I want to have kids later in the future and if you have a underweight BMI you can ruin your chances of having kids, and healthy pregnancys and stuff. So I probably will not support you if you are trying to get a BMI of 18.0, that is un healthy. 18.5 is the lowest you should go. Missmontana - have you thought about the risks of being at a BMI of 18.0? Just wondering. I mean if you are really wanting to get there, fine, but its going to be an unhealthy spot and I dont know if you know that. So I am totally not jumping on you about that, just curious if you knew or not? AND HOLY ****. KMS51292 - jesus, you are going to kill yourself, please please go to the weight gain group. A BMI OF 15.4 is riduculous, its deadly and now you want to have one of 13.7. I am sorry I cannot support that. I hope I havent scared anyone off that wants to be healthy :) |

Hanni - OOOooo. Maintaince is sweet :) Its okay if you go over a little bit. I think maintaince is enjoyment :) OMG! I am super happy today, 116.6! I went from being 120.4 yesterday and the day before to being 116.6 today AHAH. Today I am super motivated now. Now I am only 1.6 away from 115, so I decided then when I get to 115 I will just maintain that there is NO need for me to lose the extra two pounds because I doubt it will change anything on my body but just the number on the scale, but who knows I always change my mind and other heather says between her goal weight 125 and 123.5 soo maybe I might but I just really want to get to 115. So I am going to eat healthy today, and going to walk 10,000 steps minimum! Hehehe. Yesterday I ate 1200 calories (which was under my goal of 1300 - yay) and I walked 10,430 steps (which was over my goal of 10,000 - YAY) and I had no sweets and treats and resisted this mochi - hawaiian candy sitting on my counter, I think I need to shove those down my boyfriends throat they are way to tempting! |

Hey well its 12:10 my time, and I am in school :) I have been doing good. I have walked 2,976 steps so far today, and I dont finish school till four. I hope my four I have 6,000 steps :) I am also hoping that some of the weight I have gained is water weight. I am so happy that today I am finally getting back on the wagon after like 2 weeks. EDIT: Okay so now I am home, it is over 100 degrees outside holy cow! So I am going to wait about an hour and twenty minutes before I go walking. I hit my goal for four o'clock which was 6,000, I have 6,233. So now I need 3767 - which is about 38 minute walk. :) |

Okay so its still morning, but I am pumped about getting to my goal! Wednesday I was 117.40, this morning 120.0. Eek. So I am going to try extra extra hard and when I am hungry I will drink a glass of water first!

Your lucky you have a gym. I am too poor to have a gym membership, so I have to either go to a park or just walk. I cant believe it, now I am like 118. DUDE, gaining from not walking is crazy. I been eating a little bit too much I think. Okay. I have to get down to business its just hard. I am hungry, and tired. So I eat lately more then I am use to, and then I sleep when I get home, idk why I am soooo tired. I think immediately after I get home from school. I will just leave. I think saturday and sunday I will go running and thursdays. and then walk 10,000 steps the rest of the time, and only eat 1200 on weekdays and 1500 on weekends. |

Someone help :( Help me come up with a new workout. Hanni what do you do to workout? I am over walking, and I need to change it up because since I havent been walking for a week and a half I have gained a pound or two. I was 116.6 on sunday, and now on my spring scale I am 117! It sucks. I need motivation so bad. I mean idk. HELP. |

YAYY! So I went walking today, for the first time in like a week or so. This morning I was 116.2, and post-workout today (after I ate 1000 calories already) I was 115.6 with 16.4% body fat. SIXTEEN.FOUR! yayyy. i have 1,000 more before i hit 10,000 but i will make sure i do :) oh i think totm is over. |

Hanni - I am on the same boat as you! MY. So I usually skip my period with my birth control, and have my period every 3 months, and well I HATE IT! Lol. I have thee munchies for chocolate, and am soooooo fatigued. I just sleep when I get home for like 2-3 hours. I cant wait for this nightmare to be over. Haha. I want to exercise, and eat good. AHHH! ONCE THIS TOTM IS OVER! haha. I will reach my goal. |

Heather - Congratulations. That is awesome. You have lost a lot of inches. They say that .70 ratio is thee perfect ratio. I would shoot for that. Marilyn Monroe was .70 ratio. Yeah WAS 115.6, now I am 116.2 with TOTM <- i freaking hate the totm. I had theeeeeee WORST cramps today. It sucked. I didnt go walking but ate only 1220 calories which is good. I doubt I will be 115. something tomorrrow :( Well idk. I really want to hit 115.0 (POINT ZERO) and wouldnt mind if I was 113.5 so I am going to work to 113.5 just because um lets see I CAN :) haha. Which means 1.20 pounds - 2.70 pounds. So not much at all. I CAN DO IT!! I need motivation sooooo bad. I was eating bad last week because well I am in college and didnt have grocery money or didnt go shopping but I just did. So I am all better with eating :) and now since I ate good today within calorie limit, I need to get my booty up and go walking maybe tomorrow I can walk 15,000 steps to make up for today which means I might have to walk for 2 hours, or walk ALOT during school tomorrow so when I get home I can walk for 1 hour. Depends if I am super fatigued like I was today. Came home and knocked out on the FLOOR. Hahaha. OH YEAH, guess what I graduate in 31 DAYS! WHOOP WHOOP. |

I am having a hard time keeping up LOL. and dont worry about it next weigh in you'll be 139.5 - fingers crossed :) its probably just sodium and then your totm. Icrak - It looks like the other heather answered all your questions :) and shes absolutley right.
Well on my note, I have been TOTALLY slacking the past week. I havent been logging calories, going walking and I haven't been eating so healthy. SO, today I am jumping back on the wagon.. I really dont know which scale to trust anymore, I truely think my spring scale is more accurate, but whatever :) lol. Looks like everyone is doing great.

THANKS EVERYBODY :) danielle - well i want to be 115, so i would be 1.6 away from my goal, but now i am thinking that i want to have wiggle room. like be happy in the morning at 113 and then when i jump on the scale during the middle of the day be a happy 115. IDK THOUGH. I might just be 115 because 2 pound doesnt really matter? Who knows. Its TOTM for me though so next weigh in IDK :( haha. direwolf - i started at 140, and now look I am 116/117 and only 1-2 pounds away from my goal. it took me some time (i started in march.) so 6 months, but i didnt stay on track the whoooole time :P hanni - thanks :) yeah about 1 week maybe 2 weeks till i get 115. Alright! New rule for ME. (I dont mind weighing on both scales really I want to be 115 on my digital so whatever my spring scale says doesnt really matter, but does give me the boost of happiness) WELL; new rule - weigh on digital ONLY ONE TIME in the morning. then lock it away in the closet, and take that weight down. LOL. I am bad because I weigh like 5 times every morning. I take measurements too, and I am getting close to my goal 34-24-34. The other day I was 24 inches around my waist, and now I am back at 24.5 so I think I am close!! and then my hips are 35, and I would like them to be 34. and then I like my 19" thighs :) Also I love that I am 17/18% body fat and almost to 16%! Which is my body fat goal. So I have many goals, 115 pounds w/16% body fat. 34-24-34 measurements! LOL.
HEATHER - I am super excited for you, your pictures looooook great. You seriously look like 117-ish because I was looking at them and my boyfriend was like "is that you" and I was like nooo but her name is heather, too! LOL. So you loook FRAN'FREAKIN'TASTIC. I dont carry my weight to well especially around my tummy area bleh. So basically you will be maintaining soon! I hope I will be maintaining in 2 weeks! I have been eating more, and my body has a faster metabolism now I can feel it. Lol. I am excited to see your measurements I have mine on my journals. I absolutley hatttteeeeeee my scales. Someone help me throw them out the window and then run down there and stomp on them! Okay so for instance I got on my spring eh it said 115/116. My digital I got on it 1 time, 115.8, psh, 2nd time 115.8 with 17% body fat. then the 3rd time 115.2. oh man one more time 120.8, one more time 121.2 then LAST time 118.4. someone please shoot me. today i am not putting my weight in anywhere. lol |

Welcome Nolabels. Theswissmiss - Good job! :) Yeah I think that upping it was okay, I use to do that all the time and I usually do, I dont know where my mind went hahaha. I guess I got caught up in being so close to my goal. Its all good though. Oh and I going to a technical college so it is a 9 month program, I am going to be an Auto Body Technician speciallizing in Trim and Upholstery. Haha. Okay so this morning I made my boyfriend weigh himself. He was 117.8 on the digital, and 114 on the spring scale. I was 119.8 on the digital and 116 on the spring scale. So I have two pounds to go to reach him. 4/5 Pounds till I reach 115 on the digital, and for once in me and my boyfriends life I will be the one who weighs lessss. I cant wait. Hahaha. Yeah. Tomorrow, I promise myself that I will jump back on the wagon and get to my motherf'n goal! I want to reach it before I move. So I have six weeks! I graduate college in six weeks, isnt that awesome? Did I mention I just turned 18? Haha. Sweet deal. I get to move back home! I have lived away from my main family for over a year and I miss them so much. I have soooooooooooooooooooo much to do before I move, selling the car, cleaning the apartment, canceling like all the stupid things like gas and electric, oh boy its going to be hard work. OH WELL. I am excittttttted!

Yesterday I ate 2700 calories eeeeek! I went to a party, and had enchiladas, cake, oj, and chips & salsa. DANGIT. I ate alot yesterday, that the scale went up one/two pounds. I hope that it is mostly water weight :( I need encouragement. This stinks. I really want to get to my goal already. |

Hannikate - Go for it! Use those ideas, that really helps me stay on track! Okay, so I usually weigh in on my people page on wednesdays. So this is the past few weeks 2008-07-09 124.80 118.80 YAYY. I am suppper excited. So 3.8 more pounds to go! Oh and I lost .5 off my thighs again. I looked in the mirror today and my butt looks smaller :( nooooo! LOL. My boobs havent really changed much during this whole entire 21 pound weight loss which is pretty awesome :) hahaha. So now I am 34-24.5-35 (and 19.5 thighs) So I have .5 on waist to go and 1 in (I THINK) on my butt. MAYBE NOT. Haha I think it might be small enough. I thought I wanted 34-24-34 measurements, but maybe not anymore. |

Umm I dont think so, if I stay on track its usually one pound a week loss. I mean you know what sucks for me though is my spring scale tells me I have lost more but my digital is just retarted. I want to like throw it out my third store window and go down there and then stomp on it. Hahahaha. I mean my spring scale said 116 the past two days, and my digital has gave me from 117-120 so its pretty retarted. I usually dont do my weigh in on sundays, I do them on wednesdays and you can see them on my page I have it and its been steady 1-2 pounds for the past weeeeks. I use a measureing tape too. My goal with that is 34-24-34. I am currently 34-24.5-35 |
