Everyone seems to be doing so good this week!

Last Week: 194

This Week: 192

Okay so I dropped the two pounds that I had gained last week, I'm thinking still that it was a flux from my 'time' and I haven't really lost any more weight, just water.  But I'm still happy to see the scale go down!  Fingers crossed that I can see the scale inch down to 190 next wednesday!

Mini Goal for this Week:  Walking at least 20 minutes every day, above my normal workout routine. 

I feel like I need a little workout boost, but I don't want to overdo it and injure myself, so just a little extra cardio to pump up the body!

I'm a little late this week! 

Last week: 192 lbs

This week: 194 lbs

I've gone up two lbs sadly.  I'm hoping it's only a crazy flux because it's my 'time'.  I've got horrible eating habits the whole week because of it, so I'll try my hardest to get back on track for next weigh in!

Yay!  I didn't think I'd see the scale budge at all this week, but I think a lot of it is water weight.  Hopefully some is real weight lost! 

liliam4066 - Wow!  You're really inspiring, losing so much!  I would love to get an elliptical, I've used them before and they're actually really nice!  They're lower impact on your knees so if you have any knees problems you can use an elliptical much longer than a tredmill.

And I love everyone's mini goals, I want to steal them!

My mini weight goal will be to 175 as well, dropping 17-19 lbs would feel so nice!

My mini goal for the week will be to NOT snack on candy or junk food at work.  No candy no matter how much I want it!  And they put the stuff everywhere! 

I also like the mini goal of keeping junk food out of the cart, that'll help me from not pigging out once I get home.  So I think I'll try for both those goals.

Hi all!  I also like having one thread.  I don't always post as much because I'm busy, but I find reading everyone is really inspirational, and I'd hate to lose track of our goals together if I couldn't find the next thread at some point!

I also love the idea of a mini-goal!  I had a really bad weekend, friends + going out + pizza in= probably no weight loss this week for me as well.  I know we all want to get over the ruts we are in, we just need a tiny little push to get rolling down that next hill I think!

I have no idea.  But I think it's not a bad thing to burn a little more than 500 calories so long as you're still eating a healthy amount.  Supposedly dropping 1 to 2 lbs a week can still be healthy and you have to have a deficit of 1000 calories a day to drop 2 lbs in a week, if you think about it.

Besides there are a lot of times we're adding a few extra calories here or therein one extra dollop or one extra bite, so I think trying to cut back while you're thinking about it balances things out.  So long as you don't go crazy and stop eating a healthy amount.  Embarassed  That's my weakness, having that one, two, or 'more' extra bites when I know I should quit eating and I'm 80% full.

Let's encourage each other to eat healthy and exersize, I know our goals can be reached through lots of dedication!

I've been in a slump recently and could use the motivation, so please count me in too!

I'm 5'4 and currently weight 195 as of this morning.  When I started CC I was 205 and had been stuck there for years after slow dieting that brought me down from my heighest ever weight of 225.  I am elated to have finally dropped below the 200 mark this year and kept it steadily off for so many months.  But I would really love to lose another 50 lbs and be at a healthy 145.  Maybe one day I can set goals for 125, but for now I just want to reach a weight where I know my health isn't at risk.

I try not to set goals I don't think I can reach, so I've really been trying to motivate myself to just lose another 10 lbs by the end of the summer. (10 lbs in 8 weeks).  Anything more would be fantastic, but even reaching 185, a number I haven't been at since high school, would be very rewarding.

Right now my biggest problem isn't my diet but my exersize routine.  I've only been able to stick to a 2 day workout routine, and I would like to settle myself into a 3-4 day routine I can keep up. 

Good luck to everyone, I hope we can help each other out and jump over the next hurdle (or needle drop on the scale)!
