do you know how I could find out my body fat percentage?

 

I tried to use an online guide to calculate it...but it told me that my body fat was impossible because I had around 0%.

and I was like: whaaaaat???

yea, I did notice that.

 

but all the other stomach pictures were before/after plastic sugery or PORN.

This is my first time actually looking at what I eat.

 

I am using this website to find out what things I eat are actually bad for me,

because the most of them are.

 

I really don't need to loose weight, at all, but I am still really unhealthy.

I have pretty clear skin...compared to most teens, I guess.

Snack: Wheat bagel with ham cheese & lettuce

 

Lunch: Slice of cheese pizza

probably all kinds of chocolate and some jelly beans.

 

I'm so terrible with staying committed to eating healthy,

I can only imagine Easter will be bad for this.

 

I have a weakness for chocolate.

lunch - A bowl of yellow rice ( like...a BIG BOWL)Embarassed

Then a peanut butter sandwich (rye) and chocolate milk.

 

 

I'm considering dinner, but I not all that hungry yet...which is odd.

Any suggestions?
