blue_page pretty much has it in a nutshell. Also maybe you need more protein. foods high in protein will stay in you stomach longer where as carbohydrates and things in candy go away quicker. Also, eat slowly. It takes the human body 20 minutes to feel full. So if you eat slowly and then feel full after the first thing you eat, you wont go for seconds or more food.

I honestly just want a jump rope for Easter. (I sometimes used to get a little non-candy gift too) and some gummybears...Ohhh my kingdom for a gummybear! I don't know what I'm actualy going to get or if our Easter gifting has ended. |

Breakfast: -1cup Corn Flakes -1/2cup milk
Lunch: -1 Nature Valley Bar (penutbutter) -Turkey sandwich with lettus -A banana
Dinner: -One serving of Polynesian Pineapple Chicken and rice. It's a recipie we found in a weight wachers book. It was insanaly awsome!! Snack: A carrot freshly pealed. I drank water throughout the day. |

I know how you feel, I get sweet cravings a lot, including now quite actually. What I find that helps me the most is to eat fruit, apples probably work the best (but that's just me). Fruit can contain the feeling/taste a sweets. I also recommend strawberries or melon. Or just leave the house if it's a nice day. During the summer if I find myself reaching for a bowl of ice-cream I simply leave the house and take a stroll around the block. Keeping yourself away from places with food can help you stop thinking about it. Don't forget to take your ipod/CD player. :) |
