Instead of trying to get your dad to talk to her why dont you ? She might listen more to her kids. Or go find a bunch of pages about eating disoders, print them out, write your mom a letter telling her how considered and upset shes making you, stick the letter and facts in an envople and give it to her to read privatey or put it on her pillow. Hope everything works out |

Well, I see the problem and I honestly dont know the true answer but I THINK what your suppose to log in is the active things that you dont do everyday. Like the walking, add that because you really didn't have to walk as a part of your daily shedule. If you clean everyday then no but if you only do it like 2 or 3 times a week then you can put that in there. I think the basic you dont had in like showers or cooking but like yard work or vacumming( unless you do it everyday as a part of your normal rountine) you can put. I think it means dont add in the things you do everyday that are simple, showers, but add in things oyu do mabye a few times a week, mowing grass. Defintitley put walks on there though cause that counts ! That is like a worout. Hope this helped and not made you more confused. |

I know what you mean. Parties and holidays are the ones that drive me up the wall. Instead of the evil cake i will eat ice cream but then someone will always cut an extra slice for me " just in case". It drives me bananas that they wont take no for an answer ! |

I see you problem. I know how you feel too. I have not completely givin up sweets but I am being healthy at the same time. Here are my tips.. since you enjoy eating them everyday don't even try to completely stop eating them cause that won't work! Every other day keep switching between kinda of heathly and heathly snacks. For example, today you ate pie, tomorrow eat a healthy snack, the next day eat a slightly unhealthy snack but limit yourself. This way youll feel proud and get to eat the good stuff. Now to limit yourslef on the days when your not eating the healthy snack try to do this. You had pie today right ? Well, next time instead of eating an entire piece of pie cut1/3 of the pie off and save it for another day and replace that little chunk you took off with a bowl of grapes. See how you only took a bit off ? Now, for thoser healthy snack days try buying non-fat yogurt, sugarfree angelcake, lowfat blueberry muffins, or try these recipes found on here. Just look uner popular recipes and youll find lowfat stuff. I know what you mean though...(today i ate M&M's and a piece of choclate !!!! Oh well) |

I wouldn't worry about. If your eating healthy foods and excersing then dont even bother counting calories. You need to focus more on your food groups and less on the amount your eating of something |

Good luck ! But, i have to wonder... under 100 ??? Is that normal for you ? That sounds dangerously underweight ! Anyway, the breakfast, at least 1200, walk, toning, alcohol, no computerm and 15% good fats all sound greaT !!!!! Howver, take my advice or leave it but I'll write it anyway.... your body really needs protien. If you dont eat meat or eggs then you should eat alot of cheese. I never understood the no eating past 8 pm thing cause your suppose to eat every 3 hours until it gets really late but if you eaet a big dinner then i guess its ok. I raw part sounds really unusal. I've never heard of that. Why raw ? Anyway, its good that your getting healthy. |

| There are plenty of explantions for your problem. 1. Since your 15 your body may still be growing and changing which can cause you to do werid things( belive me im 13 and my body goes wack alot ! ) 2. Changing your diet and eating things your not use to your body doesnt know what to make of it and will take awhile to get use to it. 3. Your body may be use to the amount of excerise your doing so since it knows your going to burn so much when you eat it slowly burns the food to save calories to burn later. Try excercisng 4 times a week so your body doesnt get in the habit of burning so many claoires a day. 4. Your body is one of those you is so comfrotable the way it is it wont loss or gain any because it likes the way it is. Hope this helped ! ( p.s - it's probably #3 ) Good luck ! | |||

I dont think cutting out sugar will help you at all. True, many people like you do consume ALOT of sugar because alot of things contain them but all those things you listed are things youre body needs to function. If you cut out all those things your body will go low on vitimins and nutreients. Yea, youll be within the sugar range but youll be low on everything else. Think about it.... even bananas and all fruit have got tons of natural sugar in them but cut out fruit and what good have you done ? Stop focusing on the amount you consume and focus on your food groups. Make sure you get enough of each food gruop and excerise and youll be fine no matter the sugar amount... Besides its not like your candy and thats why it high right ? |

I personally know nothing but wherever youre adopting this puppy from should have a website. If they do go there and they should tell you about how to take care of it. If you dont know I'm sure calling them and theyd tell you or just drive there and ask..... sorry i couldnt be of more help |

One meal a day is not good. You really should be either eating something small every 3 hours or 3 big main meals. If time is a problem in the morning then get up earlier or fix something the night before and put it in the frig. Try eating more cause the less you eat the less your body feels it needs to burn so once you eat a little more you might gain. ( it really depends on your body though) |

Sounds to me like your tired and bored of your diet. See when you were doing so well dieting you limited yourself on so many foods that when easter came and you tasted all those foods that you've been ignoring, you relaized how unssatisfying your regular diet is. So, because you tasted those other foods again you ate them again mainly because you missed them. That's why you over-did-it twice. There is a simple sloution though. Do not give yourself boring foods all the time. Fruit and veggies taste great but after a while you'll get sick of eating them and be very tempted to eat something like cake or cookies. To fix this try giving yourslef a small treat once a week or a slightly helathier treat every other day. For example, once a week have a bowl of ice cream or every other day eat a bag of mini choclate chip cookies( 100 calorie packs) OR set a date once a week ( like pick friday) where you go out to dinner and order some pizza. You won't binge if you eat some junk food once a week. You excerise enough that 4 slices of pizza a week or 1 slice of pie every 3 weeks shouldnt matter right ? Try enjoying yourslef once a week and you might be less tempted later. |
