| As of Monday I was 142, so by the end of the month I'd like to hit 139. My overall goal will be 125 (I haven't been there in years!!!). As far as workout goal, I currently hit the gym 3 days a week. I'd like to make it four with additional strength training at home on days I can't go to the gym. I find it really hard to workout at the end of the day after being at work and then chasing two kids. I'm sure some of you are in the same boat. All I really want to do is veg. | |||

| Hi, I just found this site about a week ago. I've been pretty good at logging my calories so far. I'm 28, 5'2" and about 143 pounds. My goal is 130 (maybe lower depending on how it goes). I used to work out pretty intense but just had a baby a couple of months ago. Hoping to get back to the gym soon!! This sounds like a good group to join. I think either logging weight or logging calories/activities would be a good idea. | |||
