when almost 3/4 of your plate consist on either huge tons of salad or veggies and you feel bad when some rice or other type of carbs come along the way of those healthy green stuff you now worship and swear that eventually they will lead your way to have a body just like jennifer aniston.

Thank you very much for your advice. everybody!!!!

1- sorry for misspelling nutritionist wrong (english is not my first language..i knew the word i guess it was some typing error)

2- I think i have a fine 1850 menu so far. It is only my mid morning snack that is sometimes a little bit too much. I can have: 2 oranges, or 2 slices of watermelon or melon, or 2 limes, 2 guavas and something else which i don't remember right now.-

3- i'm really looking forward to loose weight.

thank you vbery much. I just going to the gym right now (i haven't gone since march 14th) and hope that the dinner that the nutricionist gave to me works well for me and i don't feel hungry.

well wish me luck in this month.

i read somewhere that just after waking up you should have a glass of water and 20-30 mins later have your breakfast.

well i went yesterday to th enutricionist i was told that i should eat 1850 calories. Is that too much? Well i think doctors know what to do, but im a lil' confussed.

sorry alevin. but when i don't have my weekly dessert, i tend to have huge cravings and then i binge. and it ends up being a complete disaster...:(

you'll do fine. just watch our portion control and don't exercise that much. Sometimes taking a walk for 40-45 muinutes is just fine.
