I don't like ripe bananas either - kawnd11 you should put them straight into the fridge. Their skins turn black pretty quickly but the inside is still firm and brown-spot-less! |

oh, yes i do this sometimes - i love vietnamese coffee and usually have one in the morning. i like to eat breakfast too, just so i don't feel guilty just having coffee for breakfast, but sometime i do drink just the coffee because it is really filling!! i guess the right answer is: don't use it to lose weight... but i think it's effective in small doses! |

i am sorry you feel this way. these things take time - he's giving himself time to think but you need to allow YOURSELF time also. is HE good enough for you? once you remove yourself from the situation a bit, your mind is clearer to make decisions. maybe you'll find it's for the best. but i think that going after him when you're still so emotional about the break up is a really bad idea. hope you make a good decision, and i agree with the above post, to keep yourself busy. it is very important |

hey dear, well i recently got spots too but i didn't take any chances because usually my face is clear - i went to the doctor and they gave me differin cream and limecyline to help get rid of it, they said that i had got an infection in one of the pores and it had spread to the rest of my face. it takes a long time to get rid of, so go now before it gets worse. it may not be the same problem as mine, but at least you'll be told what to do about it. |

retrain your brain? do you find yourself starting out well and then eating too much/binging? i don't understand your question.. maybe you should join a group on here where the posters are similar to your height/weight and you can support each other. i guess you're struggling because you're going it alone, so having someone else in the same situation really helps. |

you cannot spot reduce, it all depends on your genetics. i wanted my boobs to go down a size or two because i thought they were too big..well 20lbs later still no change. i hear that some people have denser breast tissue than others and that is how they keep it. i guess you should do chest exercises that will help you build a strong perky upper body, so that even if you go down another cup size, they will still look amazing :) |

i know people like that too. only difference is that my friend tries to tempt me with stuff i never liked in the first place... EVERY meal he makes he pours loads of cream all over it, it's disgusting! recently i asked him not to put cream over mine and he started up on this thing about how another girl told him it's amazing how much cream he eats and never puts on weight. uh...so!? i think when friends know you're on a diet they want you to see them as 'the good guys' so they think that taking you out for a meal is a special treat and you'll thank them for it. they don't realise it's mean, they just think it's a break for you! especially if they've never been on a diet themselves, they just don't understand. so just explain to your friend that you're taking your diet seriously and you can join him for chinese food once you're done! (you could try make non-fatty versions of the chinese food you love!) |

hrm....maybe you must realise there is a problem with your drinking habit - you know you can have just as much fun drinking responsibly. it sounds to me that it is all a joke for you - i'm not telling you how to live your life, if you want to get 'inebriated' then go ahead, but then don't ask how to build up your nutrition for the day, you can't have it both ways. you destroyed your 'healthy' day by drinking. jewelsmcblah is right to also tell you to drink responsibly. there is no 'loophole' in getting slim. |

I'm usually 1-2 in jeans, or a 25-26 depending on the cut. It's a pain getting them hemmed so I usually end up buying skinny jeans and tucking the ends under (so when I go out in the evening I can wear them longer!!) I have a friend who is 5'1'' and fits a 24; she's Viet so she looks great but I'm sure she must be about 95lb. It's a pain for her to find sizes when we go shopping because clothes stores don't usually stock things small enough for her! |

yes they are right 18.5 still healthy (i think i am about 20.1 and my ideal weight is 18.8) but i have been told that bmi is not a reliable indicator. i think it is still a good 'marker' to aim for though. |

i think that i am close to you in weight / height. i am 5'2'' and 110lbs. i want to lose 6 pounds also. i got down to 108 two weeks ago, then i got my period and ate my weight in duck becuase i craved it so much.. went up to 112 and now i'm working my way back down again. let 's help each other be motivated! |

i know the feelings also. it is really irritating. for me, it is not that i eat little, but that i eat healthy. i like eating cake like everyone else, but i don't really like sugar that much so i will only like a taste and then i'm done. but one of my friend insists on giving me chocolate and cake and sugar rich foods that give me a headache - even though i keep saying i don't like much sugar!! i think that people think when you say 'i am full already' or 'i don't eat sugary/fatty foods' then it means 'i really do like it but i cannot because i think it is bad for me' Yes it is bad for me but it is also possible to not like it! |

oh gosh, well that is a lot of doughnuts, and i am glad that you aren't beating yourself up about it because i think that when you do it wastes a lot of time that could be focussed on ...work or exercise or fun :D i don't like doughnuts at all but i could definitely eat the same amount as you in white rice!! |

you need to do cardio and weights to bring down fat level then you can concentrate on toning your stomach. i do lots of plyometrics and tricking, which is really hard work and works wonders. |

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
