sillyflowa- Thank you!! Ohh man I know how hard it is to stay away from those aisles!! I'm having my friends birthday dinner tomorrow night at my house and of course there will be cake and ice cream!! That means hitting the gym extra this coming week. I know how you feel about " i'll do it tomorrow" That has been me SO many times in the last few years. Krrpt08's advice is great... I think I'll start using that too.. esp on the days I do not want to go to the gym..like today its cold and cloudy I'd rather stay in and do things around the house!! lol ..Good luck this coming week! My status: I joined this on the 26th of March Starting weight 152.5 As of today April 4th my weight is 148.5
4lbs. woo hoo....I had to triple check the scale. I haven't weight under 150 in years. I think there was only one aother time...lol it feels good!! I've just been trying to watch my calorie intake and hitting the gym a little more and if Ican't hit the gym I've been walking, jump roping and pilates! I went tothe zoo the other day with some friends...that was a lot of fun and it was nice hike for the day. I think the not drinking also has a lot to do with it. I realized I'm able to work at longer and at a little more intensity. I'm not as tired. OKay I'm off to clean house and do some pilates. Hope everyone is having a great friday!! |

So Im really craving chocolate!!! and i still have a few more calories until I hit my target count for the day. However I want to hit my target or stay a lilttle under. So I'm thinking hot coco made with hot water or maybe my meal replacement..one scoop is only 75 cals and i just add ice and a little...that way its like a shake. is there anything else I can do to crub this craving or any other low cal. subs? |

ok so I weighed myself today my current weight is 152lbs!! I'm kind of surprised, but happy that its not 160 like I thought..which means I need to keep moving! Hope everyone is having a great day! It's beautiful here in San Fran!! |

I would like to join, I just join the calorie count today. I need some motivation. I've been struggling with getting back on track with eating right and exercising. I've put on about 7 to 1olbs in the last month and 1/2 or so. Stress, over eatting, not working out...all that stuff. I'm 26, Female..Height 4'10.5 , .I'm guessing my current weight to be about 155 - 160, I will have to weigh my self tomorrow to know for sure. At my heaviest I was weighing about 190 - 200, So i have lost some weight over the last year and a half after my last relationship. My ideal goal weight would be 120 to 125, b ut realisticly I'd be happy with 130 - 135. so yeah I'm not sure how to do eveything on here yet, but I will learn. Can't wait to get started!! Thank you D |
