I want to join, too! height: 5'4 CW: 126 GW: 116 I don't really know how many calories I eat every day exactly... when I do fill in the food log, it ends up being somewhere between 1400 and 1500. I work out 3-4 times a week, consisting of 30 minutes of cardio and 20 of strength. I also take a pilates class on Monday. My biggest problem is really just eating too many carbs. Also, I think my weight may have stabilized at around 125, is that possible? In any case, good luck to everyone! |
