Well, it's update day, and I have to say I have stayed the same. I am at 215 but I want to be around 150-160. I feel like I have been working my butt off exercise wise, but I know I really need to focus on portionn size. I am going to start using my sons small Thomas the Train portioned plate for every meal!!! Anyone have suggestions or tricks for helping with portion control or any great foods that really fill you up? |

Anybody else have the problem of gaining a lot of muscle? I was a gymnast for years, and it seems that thought I'm keeping my calories around 1500 and working out at least 5 days per week, I'm barely losing any weight! i only lost .5 lbs last week and I have been biking at least 8 miles per night. I can tell my muscles are toning up, but why isnt' my gut going away? Any suggestions on foods I should be eating or exercises to help with the baby belly? |

I would love to be involved in this. It is nice to know I am not the only one out there struggling. I am trying for 1500 calories per day and working out every day(if at all possible with three kids!) I can be so good, but then I will binge for absolutely no reason. It will be nice to have friends who face the same problem....my bf weighs in at a whopping 109 lbs and doesn't understand my lifelong struggle!!! Good luck everyone....we can do this! |
