yeah the unfrosted apple cinnamon, brown sugar cinnamon, blueberry, and strawberry poptarts are all safe (as long as they're unfrosted).
Starbursts have gelatin in them too.
But oreo's are safe! lol |

1) are you vegetarian or vegan?: Not at the moment 2) if you aren't vegetarian or vegan, could you ever be?: I keep trying to go vegetarian with hopes of fully progressing to veganism but until I move out, it just wont be possible. And I really need to work on my will power. 3) what's your favorite type of meat?: Steak. But I've been staying away from red meats for quite some time now. 4) what's your favorite type of fish or seafood?: Shrimp (cocktail). Or tuna. Because it's cheaper. 5) hamburgers or hotdogs?: Neither 6) if you have a barbeque, is it propane-powered, or charcoal?: Dad's massive grill that he uses like once a year - it's propane 7) what's your least favorite type of meat?: veal. I ate it once when I was little before anyone told me what it was. I refuse to eat it. 8) is there a type of meat you haven't tried yet, but want to try?: Quail, but I expect to turn Vegetarian or vegan by the time the opportunity to try it arises, so I doubt I'll ever try it. Which doesn't really bother me. 9) what's the most exotic meat you've ever eaten?: Alligator Tail 10) when you eat meat, is the portion bigger than a deck of cards?: It was when I was younger. If it is now, I don't eat all of it.

I used to be addicted to Amp. Every once in a while if I have a morning shift at work, I'll down a 5 hour energy, but not very often. 9) what's your favorite smoothie recipe?: Whatever my brother makes at the time. He's an amazing smoothie maker. 10) do you flavour your water (lemon, crystal lite, etc)?: sometimes I put lemon and cayenne pepper in it, but not usually.
1) how often do you eat something unhealthy?: I used to eat sweets alllll the time. Now, the closest I come to it is having a tall gingersnap latte at work, which is 150 calories. If I was at home, I'd be eating. Should really depends on what you feel is right for you. There is what some people consider to be weighing yourself too much, I guess they might classify that as a type of disorder? But just because other people think that doesn't mean what you do is wrong or right. I can go from not weighing myself for a couple days to weighing myself five times a day, it just depends how I'm feeling. |

What kind of foods do you eat? try to stay away from excess sugar and too much sodium. drink alot of water, and eat plenty of protiens. Celery is always spiffy because it burns more calories to digest it than it's putting into your body |

everyone's preference is different. But I think also the reason they may be with that "stick thin" girl more often is because those tend to have more confidence than the girls with curves. Because every not-stick-thin-girl I know is either extremely self-conscious and alone, or she's confident and is with a guy. I used to be the kind lacking confidence, never had a real boyfriend then. Now I'm actually ok with who I am, and I've got the love of my life coming home from the army base pretty soon. |

If anyone else wants a weightloss buddy type person *raises hand* it'd be cool :) I'm 5'6", 131, and 17 yrs old - started at 140. Trying to get to 110-115lb ish, and hopefully before winter quarter of college. I've found I'm really bad at actually meeting my goals without motivation. 5 lbs = $20 spending spree at a thrift store (I love thrift stores lol) 10 lbs = I'll be getting this one pair of heels I've wanted from Debs for a long time 15 lbs = manicure/pedicure (never had either) and when I reach 110, I'm getting skinny jeans (wanted to wear them forEVER) and my first tattoo. |

thighs, love handles, belly, and that little bit that wrinkles up when your arms are at your sides. My butt is -huge- but I don't really mind it. I've always liked my butt. Then again, I'm pretty clumsy - so it's kind of nice to have some padding when I fall.
People saying it's sad that we're pointing out whats wrong and we just need to accept out bodies... No offense or anything, but we wouldn't be here if we accepted how our bodies are. I mean thats kind of -why- most of us are here, we want to change. |

I'm 17, 5'5.5" (the half inch makes all the difference...) started at 140, now at 133ish, trying to get to 110-115. I've had a fairly unhealthy lifestyle for most of my life, and I pretty much just want to get uber-amazingly-suber-healthy before college starts... because I know that wouldn't happen -after- college. |

Breakfast: two cherry toaster strudels snack: medium sized apple and a cherry twizzler lunch: a bowl of Captain Crunch with fat free milk (it actually has fewer calories, fat, AND sugar than the special K that my mom got me) snack: mint chocolate low fat ice cream thing and for my late dinner (I was out roller blading all day) I'll be having a Boca Bratwurst on wheat bread with low fat mustard, pickles, and a side of craisins. Yummeh. I'll basically be -just- meeting my daily calorie goal. always fun lol |

I want to feel better about myself. I mean, I don't by any means think I'm huge, but I just want to be at a weight where I feel comfortable with myself. I don't care what other people think or anything, I think it's just a personal thing. My real mom used to be uber small when she was my age, now she's extremely overwheight - and I know I was heading for that same path when I lived with her. Plus my boyfriend is skinnier than me, which always makes me feel uncomfortable. I hate the feeling of thinking that I'm crushing him if we're laying on the couch or something. Like he says I'm not, but it's still just a personal mental thing. I don't feel healthy if I've got pudge everywhere. |

Skateboarding is a nifty outlet for me, as long as you don't mind some scrapes on the general knee/hand/butt area. I learned quite quickly it works muscles in the legs that I didn't even know I had. And it's pretty fun. My friends and I also started going to kiddy playgrounds, like the ones from childhood... even though we're seventeen. Then... there's always going to the mall and diving behind the nearest random object/person everytime you see someone with a designated trait (brown hair, facial piercings, sandals, etc.) |
