PUT THE PHONE DOWN! lol If you can't work out for 30, 45, 60 min. without talking on your phone, you have screwed up priorities. A workout should be a mental and physical release of stress and life. Yes, they can suck but think positive and try to embrace it and what you're doing for your body. Just put the phone away. |

| Weight Loss | Biggest Loser - HOW? | Apr 16 2008 19:30 (UTC) |

it's called working out 8-10 hours a day... I'm so amazed by their transformations and how it's changed their lives... I'd give anything to put myself through that (that's what I need... someone up my butt about keeping my body moving)... BRING IT ON! lol But in all reality... working out as much as they did on the ranch just isn't feasible in daily life. The key is to be consistent in your healthy eating habits and exercise (always a key with weight loss). Get your body moving... even if it's 20 min. of walking for those that can't handle a more intense workout yet. |

When I do well for a solid month (eating, working out etc...) then it's a week of crap, maybe two and I fight myself to get back in check. |

I get one every January, as required- I'm in the nursing field. No worries. It's over in a moment. To ease yourself and if it will make you feel better- just don't look. I'm not much on needles either (on myself) but have no issues giving injections and such. If it does read positive then you MAY have been EXPOSED to TB... doesn't necessarily mean you have it.. just that you may have been exposed. The only positive ID on if you have TB is a chest xray. Good luck with your travels! |

| Foods | How do you learn to like salads?? | Mar 27 2008 11:17 (UTC) |

I'm 32 and I just had my first salad last night. It was a chore to eat in the beginning but got better as the meal went on. I've never been a big fan of the greens and such but I needed to slap myself into reality and realize that what I've been doing over the past 5 years hasn't really worked for me so I should try something new. The raspberry and baby greens sounds quite good... I should try that one out. Good luck to all! |
