you should be only weighing yourself once a week on the same day at same time. When I go to the gym on Saturday morning that is the day I weigh in. I see it move that day. When I go to the gym on Sunday I still weigh in to see what it says. Sometimes it says I gained 5 pounds in 24 hours. not possible. Pick one day a week and weigh yourself that day and measure your weight loss by that day. this is the only way you will be able to tell if you are losing weight. I read this in a fitness magazine also. it makes sense. |

I love the Ghiradelli 60% dark chocolate. about 55 cals each. they are the best and I am a dark chocolate lover. they also have a bag now with 60% dark mint. 70% dark and 60% espresso bean flavor. |
