Today: breakfast: 2 Kashi Heart to Heart honey oat waffles topped with nonfat plain yogurt and cinnamon lunch: whole wheat pita stuffed with salad (mixed baby greens, grape tomatoes, cucumber) w/ hummus, two apples snack: Kashi peanut butter bar dinner: green beans and broccoli over brown rice seasoned with garlic and curry powder. side of lowfat cottage cheese snack: oat bran made with skim milk and a banana (had to try this "banana soup"!) |
