The doctor my Aunt works for actually has the Sacred Heart diet in his diet plan for his patients. He uses it to help cleanse the body before starting his diet and exercise plan. I did the diet once a while ago but couldn't stick with it due to the fact that I am not a big vegetable eater, not cooked ones anyways especially in a soup:) And it is usually used for people before they have surgeries to cleanse their systems. (Atleast that is what I was told).

I run a mile and a half in about 13:30. I do a mile and half because that is what is needed for my PT test for the Air Force. I am trying to get my time down for a better score. It takes a while to build endurance not to stop and then start on working on speed.

My experience wasn't bad. I was only able to take the prescription meds for one day because the next day I found out I was pregnant. So after that I could only take tylenol for the pain...which for me there really wasn't any pain. You do look like a chipmunk for a while afterwards due to swelling but that is really about it. But the others are right you are not supposed to drink from straws. I ate stuff like mashed potatoes and mac and cheese because it is soft but easy to control in the mouth.

On work day for breakfast I usually have a yogurt and a fruit or fiber one bar. For snack usually a fruit or fiber one bar (which ever one I didn't eat at breakfast), Lunch is a lean cuisine meal or something similar. Snack is a luna bar or bag of smart pop popcorn, Dinner is whatever...sometimes good for you sometimes not so much, and then snack is usually like a pickle or a couple chips with dip (something small to satisfy whatever craving I am having at that time)

I am usually at work at 6:30 ( doesn't start till 7) and leave work anytime after 4:15 ( depending on patient care)

Breakfast: A yoplait fat free yogurt, fiber one bar

Snack: Apple, 90 cal snack pack

Lunch: South beach southwestern chicken wraps

Snack: Luna bar nutz over chocolate

I am 5'3.5 and weight about 135-139 lbs depending on the day and I wear a size 9 and sometimes that is snug but a size up would be to baggy especially in the butt area. I am all hips, legs and boobs.

Actually I have been thinking about trying this also. Especially since everytime I go onto my Myspace I see the advertisement with the skinny girl with the pink patch on her hip. And since I hate taking a lot of pills and they usually are big for diet pills a patch seems easier. I haven't bought it yet but am seriously thinking about it. If you do get it let me know how it goes.

I totally understand the cravings of salt and sugar. For the sugar I like to do a chocolate type protein bar (depends on which ones you get) or rice cakes 60 cals or even the jello pudding snacks 60 or 100 cals (depending on which one you get). For the salt I do the 100 calorie snack packs with the party mixes in them or Orville Redenbacker's smart pop popcorn only 100 cals, I also do pickles if I am craving salt- only 5 cals.

I also have this problem. The only thing I have been able to find that helps me is I cook just enough for me to have a normal size portion and thats it. And if I am still hungry after that I wait a while and then have a snack but usually I am fine with the normal size portion.

I do the 60 cal dark chocolate jello pudding and dip strawberrys into it. Very tasty and not even 100 cals.

I am finally below 140. I am at 138.8. I have 11.8 lbs more to go to get to my goal of 127 by the end of June. Then I will set a new goal.

I would like to join also. I am 5'3 1/2 at 140 lbs. I would love to get down to 120 lbs like the good old days before kids :) I haven't weighed myself today yet but I will in the morning.
