Hey nancy:) I saw your post and couldnt walk by( well rather read by) without posting.I would love to be your buddy especially since we are in the same predicament. You are one of the only people i have seen on this site that is coming from the exact same place i was. My stats: 20 yr F 4'11 starting weight:155 current weight: 105.5 goal weight:95 or possibly lower I know the goal weight might look a little extreme but originally my goal weight was 105, i just hit it and i still have a good amount of fat left on my body which isnt in my head since most people who see me think im 130, and i have absolutely NO muscle definition even though i run 3 miles everyday, do boxing 4 times a week,i lift and do calesthetics nearly everyday and i can feel the muscle underneath my fat . . . i just cant see it :( sooo we can help and motivate each other to get to our goals by the end of the summer:) |

Hey i would love to join this My stats are as follows 20 female 4'10 starting weight: 155 current weight:112 goal weight:100 Ive been losing weight over the last two years and have platued at around 115 pounds . . . .n let me just say that the last 10 pounds are the HARDEST to lose . . . .i also am currently battling with bulimia it started with me purging whenever i got off my diet and got progressively worse from there now i am in a much better place and am working to beat my ED . . . . .so i am hopeful that i can get down to my goal weight . . .the only thing that really sucks is the lose skin and stretch marks . . . .i wanted to be able to wear a swimsuit for the first time this summer but i dont think thats gonna happen:( |

I would love to join . . . .i am 4'10, 20 years old and over the last two years i have lost 40 + pounds. But my weight has plateaued for some time now even though i eat very healthy and workout almost everyday.They are not kidding when they say the last 10 pounds are the HARDEST to lose. So i decided to do the master cleanse diet to reboost my metabolism and get over this hump.Currently im on day three and i feel great. Starting weight: 155 Goal weight: 104 Current weight: 114 |
