| Definitly make sure you are doing resistance/weight training in addition to your cardio. Many women think the key to weight loss is just in cardio adn that if they lift weights, they will gain muscle weight. It takes weeks to months to see weight gain based on muscle alone. But while you are loosing weight, it is important to tone your muscles as well. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn. Plus you'll have more energy. If you have never lifted before, see about a personal trainer to introduce you to some exercises. Once you've learned enough, you can go off on your own. | |||

| I go into running and just enter the time it takes to burn the amount of calories the elliptical tells me I burned. Hopefully it's right! | |||

| I would suggest eating more calories during the day so that you are not so hungry when you get home. Also, after a sensible dinner, try to drink more water. MOst of the time you aren't hungry, but thirsty. OR if you feel you must eat, try something low in cals like grapes or fruit. Or a salad with fat-free italian dressing. | |||
