ive thought about the same thing and i think im working different muscles when I go for power walks and thats why it feels like its a harder workout. |

my calories burned do not match up at all with what the machine says and what cc numbers say.
i do a 20 min hiit session every morning the machine says i burn 333 calories in 20 mins but i can only put 14 mins at light effort even though i ran my ass on the machine. |

i don't know the answer to your question but i was not a morning eater, i force myself to eat something and i have finally set on enjoying a Zoneperfect Bar. They are 200 calories and it keeps me satisfied until lunch time. |

i only enter deliberate exrcise in the log, i just llok at the "vaccuming" type activity as a bonus that will help on weigin days. plus who the hell knows how many calories you burned doing said activty. if i cant measure it it doesnt go in

more than the water, get some benefiber or citrucel and drink that, the extra fiber is very good for you and will help your digestion and you will feel fuller before the meal so you wont eat so much.
i drink one glass with a few teaspoons of benefiber before every meal. its awesome because it dissolves completely so the water is clear after a about 10 seconds of stirring. |

i eat eggbeaters almost everynight for dinner. i get veggies form the salad bar at the store and cook them with some hot sause and pour the whole eggbeaters carton in there. its like a very low cal fritata
its only like 250 calories for the whole thing and its very very filling. I like pouring some salsa over mine.
and for those of you who don't know, egg beaters is just egg whites. no yolk means no fat just protein.

I have weekly goals for my weigh-ins. I weigh-in every Saturday and look for at least 2.5 lbs. ive been averaging about 3 but the average is declining slowly. I have an overall goal to be down to 349 by August 2nd. I was 435 in December and today I am down to 386. I find that having weekly goals keeps me motivated through the week so if I happen to have a day where I binge a little i get back on track the next day to make sure I hit the week's goal. saturday is the perfect day for me so I dont screw up on friday which i used to do when i had my weigh ins on monday. when i know i have to weigh in the next day I am on extra good behavior haha. |
