5 push-ups?  really- you are stronger than that!  try doing 6 instead of five and up it everytime you can do more! and do 3 sets-  my goal for you is 3 sets of ten.  try leg lifts and tricep dips.Have you tried doing a plank?  it's hard but it works!  and you can also do side planks to work your core.   Do you answer phones at work?  Can you do squats or lunges instead of sitting or in the bathroom? and calf raises (not as noticable if your desk is in the open)  Let me know if you need explainations for any of these:)  Good luck

I thnk it is especially helpful advice for things that aren't quite healthy.  If you are eating Hamburger helper and you have issues with portion control it's good to know that maybe you should only put a handful size porton on your plate.  If that's not enough food ( which it wouldn't be for me) you need to find something healthier to fill up on.  A big side of peas or a side salad.  I think it is definetly easier then measuring your food out with measuring cups!

Yes it seems like a daunting taks to save when you are poor.  Believe me I know how that feels.  I started contributing 3% a year and I thought that was going to kill me.  But it didn't take too long to get to used to it.  But everytime I got a raise i bumb it up by a percent.  Right now I am 31 and 17% of my income is going to my retirement.  I could stop contributing right now and still have over a million dollars when I retire!

I know it seems hard but just do it.  Start at 1% if you have to.  You won't miss that because you'll be paying less taxes, so everything will even out.  After 6 months bump it up to 2%.  You get a raise bumb it up to 3%.  Just keep bumbing- I promise you will not regret it!!Laughing

I definitely wouldn't call it restorative yoga-  my legs are usually sore the next day.

what a great suggestion-  I have always wondered if my food is providing me with enough vitamins and mineral or if I should alter my food choices.  A counter would be great!!

I do have 2 days of non triathlon training-  on mondays I do yoga- it's pretty high intensity as far as muscle work and heart rate is moderate level but it is not high impact at all.  On thursdays I do a cardio dance class and a body sculpting class.  The cardio class is both high intensity and high impact.  The other days are triathlon training and weight lifting.  Is the yoga day suffiecent for a break?  I was actually thinking about adding biking to mondays.  Maybe that's a bad idea.
