I'm amazed this hasn't been mentioned yet...but I Write Sins Not Tragedies by Panic! At the Disco

Oh, well imagine, as I'm pacing the pews in a church corridor,
and I can't help but to hear, no I can't help but to hear an exchanging of words:
"What a beautiful wedding! What a beautiful wedding!" says a bridesmaid to a waiter.
"And yes, but what a shame, what a shame, the poor groom's bride is a whore."

I'd chime in with a "Haven't you people ever heard of closing a **** door?!"
No, it's much better to face these kinds of things with a sense of poise and rationality.

Well in fact, well I'll look at it this way, I mean technically our marriage is saved
Well this calls for a toast, so pour the champagne

The burn meter does include activity when set above seditary (sp?).  So if you were including your working out when you considered yourself moderately active, then the burn meter would already include that and you would be double logging.

I generally set mine to seditary and log any workouts.  :)

First, the grade is based on nutrients received for the calories eaten.

As far as your carbs being to high, it really depends on your goals.  Fruits have a lot of sugar, but its good sugar.  So it really can vary.

Hopefully this isn't your whole day??  I'm not very tall, and pretty inactive, and I would exhaust myself on 900 cals.

My biggest recommendation is to up your fiber.  :)  Recommended is a minimum of 25 grams.

Here's mine:

Fat - 22.9% (32 grams)
Protein - 27.9% (89 grams)
Carbohydrates - 49.2% (156 grams)
Alcohol - 0.0%
Other - 0.0%

Daily Sodium Intake - 2,469 mg
Daily Sugar Intake - 66 grams
Daily Cholesterol Intake - 167 mg
Daily Saturated Fat Intake - 13 grams
Daily Fiber Intake - 34 grams

when you fall off the exercise ball & crack your noggin on something, and your first thought is: I bet that used a lot of calories!

Coolyou children are hilarious! I wish I knew what

Weight Loss Slim Fast! May 21 2008

I use slimfast for my breakfast every morning, and that combined with my 1300-cal a day diet is working great.  A lot of people would/ do get bored, but I love the fact that I don't have to think or work to make sure I have a decent breakfast in the morning.

Now that I've addressed your main point...don't survive on just the shakes.  I realize that they say "a shake for breakfast, another for lunch, and a sensible dinner" but if you actually look at the plan, they also recommend snacks throughout the day.

FYI, I'm about your weight but 2 inches shorter.  And I eat about 1300 cals a day (more on days I work out).

Here's what I do:

I buy meat in bulk, and then separate it into individual serving sizes before I freeze it.

I buy frozen veggies, and generally eat the same veggie 2-3 days in a row.

There are lots of different marinades for different meats, so if you put the marinade in with the meat either when you freeze it or while its thawing, all you have to do is stick it in the oven or on the grill (I love my george foreman for this) and voila!  Dinner :)

Another thing that I love is individually frozen chicken tenders (not the breaded ones, basically frozen chicken breast just in tenders instead of half a breast).  Two of these is about 4 oz and it takes about 12 min @ 425 to cook them.  If you want breaded chicken, get the shake n bake.  Mixed with parmesan cheese, it makes a great breaded chicken that I use in a small tortilla to make a wrap.

I find the trick is quick and easy.  I hate taking the time to really cook, so I look for recipes with 3-4 ingredients that take no prep time.

Hopefully that helps! :)

When you spend two hours after grocery shopping separating everything that wasn't already in individual serving size containers into ziploc containers.

When you not only wonder about the number of calories in cat food, but has a packet from the vet of different foods and their nutritional breakdown.  Sassy (my kitty) is on a Catkins!

Realize the recommendations are based on averages.  If your legs are longer than "average", then you'll need the bigger ball.

Go with whats comfortable.
