And found my will power is better than I thought but the past few days... I have had at least 3 small chocolate chip cookies a day :-(. Don't beat yourself up over it! We all hit those moments! Just gotta get through them and remember what your goal is and why you are doing it! Plus if you have pretty decent will power I say TREAT YOURSELF. I usually do on Saturdays, then right back to it on Sunday! That way I don't always feel like I'm missing out. Then during the week when I do get a craving... I know that I can wait until Saturday to treat myself :-) And I'm still losing... 2-3 lbs a week consistently doing that. So TREAT yourself! If you have gone all week doing great you deserve it! I tried on some jeans that I haven't been able to get into in forever today... and they fit!!!!!!! Yay! You have been doing well so keep it up. |

Weigh in for Tuuesday 29, 2008 Starting weight 217 last weeks weight 205 This Week weight 201 This weeks goal: Keep up my workout routine throughout the week, I wanna lose another 3 lbs this week and surpass my first goal... I wanna be down to 198! Mini goal weight 192.. that will be 25 lbs and hopefully I will be able to see the changes more! And feel them... Ultimate goal 150 You ladies are real motivation!!!! Weigh in for Tuuesday 22, 2008 Hey guys sorry I'm so late... I've been having some "home" issues... and with that said not to my surprise I actually gained my weight back... I didnt eat very well at al and I went out drinkin on Saturday... so go figure :-) I will get back on the ball Hopefully I can at least lose the 3 lbs that I gained this week! Starting weight 217 last weeks weight 202 This Week weight 205 This weeks goal: lose 3 lbs at least do cardio everyday for at least 30 min and weights at least 3x this week. First goal weight 200 Ultimate goal 150 Good job to all you ladies keep up the good work!!!!! |

Starting weight: 217 Current weight: 202 Last Week weight: 203 Current Goal: 200 Ultimate: 150 I only lost a pound! But I did NOT work out at all! I was getting a lil stressed about my wedding and I overate big time! So at least I lost something right! This week I'm off to a good start. Eating right, and excercising... hoping to lose at least 3 lbs this week I think it's possible. Once again good job everyone! |

Congrats to all the ladies on here geting married! So exciting. I'm getting married next June.. So I have a way to go, but I have started losing my weight already.Last time I weighed in I was 203 I started at 217. So we will all look bangin on our weddings if we can keep it up! Good luck ladies! |

There's a possiblity you could have lost 11 lbs in one week with really god eating and extensive excercise like the biggest loser people... but it's not common... so dont be discouraged if next week you only lost 1-3 lbs that's more common....

Well I had a "cheat day" on Saturday... But I still feel confident about my weigh in tomorrow. Because of my workout regime and me sticking to my calories besides my cheat day...
