i had a baby in 05, and breast fred a whole year, with no period at all, so when I got mirena I still never had a period. I had the mirena for a year, I felt nauseas every single day for the last three months (a very rare side effect i found out) so I had it removed. As that was my only side effect I say just stick it out. my cousin had heavy bleeding with hers the first month, but she has very short light periods now. |

I've lost six pounds in the last six weeks. All I changed was no SODA! Biggest adjustment, and lots of cravings at first, but I was successful. I am a vegetarian as well, and I walk a lot, I try to walk atleast four days a week. I dance twice a week as well. Also, I never eat fast food. If it has a drive through I drive past it. When I eat out, either I order it to go so that I can take it home, and put it on a small plate, or I ask for a smaller plate if i eat in the restaurant. It really helps with portion control.

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
