If you are weight training you could be gaining muscle, which in turn weighs more than fat. You should take measurements of you body parts so that ou know whether or not you are losing inches instead of fat.

i had a baby in 05, and breast fred a whole year, with no period at all, so when I got mirena I still never had a period. I had the mirena for a year, I felt nauseas every single day for the last three months (a very rare side effect i found out) so I had it removed.

As that was my only side effect I say just stick it out. my cousin had heavy bleeding with hers the first month, but she has very short light periods now.

I've lost six pounds in the last six weeks. All I changed was no SODA! Biggest adjustment, and lots of cravings at first, but I was successful.

I am a vegetarian as well, and I walk a lot, I try to walk atleast four days a week. I dance twice a week as well.

Also, I never eat fast food. If it has a drive through I drive past it.

When I eat out, either I order it to go so that I can take it home, and put it on a small plate, or I ask for a smaller plate if i eat in the restaurant.  It really helps with portion control.
