Gained a pound this week, but that's no surprise. I was out of town staying with friends and they had no good food. I tried to eat less, but I still thought I'd gain. One pound isn't bad, I can make it up this week! |

I'm of the mindset now that I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing....but when I hit a plateau, that means I need to start working out more! And I won't have any more excuses at that point because I'm committed to losing this weight.
I started out a size 22 and I'm now into an 18. It's such an amazing feeling. I long to be able to shop in the "regular" departments. I really want to get out of plus sizes, shopping will be so much easier then! Keep up the good work girls, you've really been an inspiration to me to stick with it. *hug* |

Down two this week! Pretty good, that was with absolutely no exercise and I weighed in on Wednesday last week because of my scale problems. I'm hoping to get out and exercise more this week to drop a little extra. Good job so far everyone. |

So since my goal is around 1500 a day, counting to around 1200 works. I know I'm getting a bit more than that, but it keeps me from getting to high. Plus, I'm eating lots of food and I'm not hungry. I'm just eating healthier. Lots of fresh fruit and veggies. And to answer your question, Tuesday is weigh in day. |
