I was thinking about getting some wrist weights and ankle weights for when im working out. Might treat myself this weekend.

Lol tigzy....Im useless and pushups too. My upper body strength is not very good at all!

Racked up another 45 mins on the wii fit last night - im loving the yoga.

Do you have to do an activity so many times before you can do more of it. Like the aerobics for example - it doesnt last very long and i dont even break a sweat?!

i just thought i would drop by and let you know how i got on with the wii fit last night.

First of all i spent a bit of time setting me and my OH up on it but once we were going we didnt want to stop. It was a challenge between us - who could get number one on most things. I even unlocked a few things with the amount of time we spent on there.

I have to say i am very impressed!!! I will definatly try to keep it up!!

Also i have dropped 2lbs since i last weighed myself 2 weeks ago so that gave me a boost at the start of my session!!!!

Going home tonight to try and beet my balance board record!! then perhaps the hula record!!!

Thank you for the replies. I cant wait to go home and set it up :)

I think i wil use it along side my normal routines - swap around the days etc just to get a bit of diffrence in my excercise.

Fingers crossed it works. :)

 Absolutly its how you feel - i agree with that. My lowest weight being 120 i felt good.(this is probably when i took this picture!) I know this weight is too low for my height. I am very concious about being 'too thin' as my sister is a recovering anorexic and i would hate to go down the same path as her. Its so confusing as to how many cals should be eaten - Im reading different things all over the place! I shall try increasing the weights. Thank you for the advice.

i currently weight about 136 - so should i be eating around 1400 cals per day? I think im going to start keeping a food diary and writing down exactly what cals im eating so then i have a better idea. Thank you.

I think its hard to put an ideal weight to a height as some girls are more busty than other girls and have bigger booties lol. I am 5ft 8 and i weight 136 ish. I have been exercising over the last few weeks and although i havnt lost anything i feel and look much better just because i have been working out.  My BMI is 20ish. I used to weigh 117 - way WAY to thin for my height - i looked ill and had no womanly curves!!!!  Now i have curves and feel great - ideally i would like to get down to 125 but if i ever start looking as thin as before then i would stop. I think all us girlies need out curves. i do believe the men love it!!!!

Hi - is it too late to join in. Read th first post and i jumped up and down with exctiment wanting to join and then i realised the date......Have you all managed to reach you goals yet?

i have been eating sensibly and exercising for 2 weeks now and i seem to be gaining weight?!?! i cant understand.

I am currently about 140 and would like to be about 120. Im in no big rush as i want to be healthy at the same time.

So if there is any of you left out there - let me know how your getting on?!

Buy a trampette ( a mini trampoline, not a lady tramp LOL) i bought one a week ago from argos for £15! I have used it everyday so far and its great fun. I often spend an hour on it watching coronation street and eastenders :) Its a great work out and you can do lots of different things on them.

Persoanlly if i were you i would talk to someone about your problem. They may be able to help you. Can you talk to you mum or family member?

You are a growing young lady and if your body is hungry then feed it. You are doing everything possible to be healthy. You are having the right foods and exercising regulary. Keep up that good work!! but please - next time you go to be sick - think about it! Its not the route you want to go down......trust me!

Hi, Im 21, 5ft 7 and im about 140ish - i would like to loose ten lb to be around 130ish. Since getting a house with my boyfriend i have put on the 10lb and would love to shift it.

I work full time and on top of that i study as well. I spend 3-4 hours studying a night after 8 hours at work a day!! Its tough because i tend to snack while im working just to keep my enegy up and my brain going lol!! i swapped my 4/5 biscuits for some melon or an orange. I leave them readily prepared in boxes in the fridge so there just as easy to grab to eat as anything else. When im studying now and i fancy something sweet i always think twice about what to grab from the kitchen!!

I really struggled with my food over christmas too and i overate! i realised about a month ago when i stepped on the scales and since i have counted my calories daily!!! I have taught myself a few lessons recently - when you eating a meal - dont eat till the plate is empty (this was my biggest downfall!!) eat until you are full and stop!!! i never realised how much i shoved in just becuase it was there!!

Another thing i have started doing is eating fruit. i have a real sweet tooth and i love chocolate!!!!!! i used to eat a bar a day probably more! But now if i fancy something sweet i have some melon or an orange! Its hard at first but once your in the routine its easy to follow! Go to your local supermarket and buy some fruits you dont eat that often and you will probably find they are actually really nice :)

im 5'7 - 5'8 and i currently weight 130ish i want to get down to 120ish. Im from the UK as well and i take a size 8 is most places!! In some fitted tops i have to take a ten as i have recently been blessed with a bust!!!!!

I really think your age matters though. I am 20 (nearly 21) and ever since i put a stone and a half on in the space of 12 months i have been told time and time again that i look amazing now rather than before. I have since had people telling me that before was too thin. Even though i have a long term boyfriend (who i live with) i still notice the male attention i get now is different from what i got before! I feel like woman now rather than a child and its nice but i would like to tone up definatly! I think smaller than 115lbs on a girl of my height would look rather to thin!

One thing i love about my body....ummm...id say it would be my boobs lol - and they will never shrink when i loose weight Laughing Nothing else really jumps out at me - i have put on a stone and a half in a year so nothing looks as good as it used to LOL!!! but over all id say im ok :) im not a hater.

for me it has to be that their tall!! taller than me - but thats not strange is it! i like shaved heads which is weird but i love the feel of it!! :)
