Welll yesterday was my best day ever. I was good all day, made a cake with my best friend and on top of it we made peanut butter icing! It was like a trillion calories and i had a very small bit, little tastes, and I thought for sure I'd be screwed today. Well I just got home and I weigh 114.5 from the 116 pounds. I guess this always happens, I just go up a bit and drop down. =] IM SOO HAPPY cuz i thought the cake was like death! |

Thats good =] Rewards, hmmm what should I do. Well unfortunately I leave for my final year of camp so I can't really buy anything, and I won't know if I did lose weight. But, if I stick to my eating , do my running daily, and start feeling better and looking better, I might let myself have an ice cream =] When I get back, if I'm at my goal weight, I will buy myself a new pair of boots =] |

Well Once everyone posts their weights I'll organize it =] Its okay I went up too =[ I am back to 116- 115.5, but this happens to me, then I randomly drop 2 pounds. Other then that im just glad im not 117 =] Anyways just went on my jog for 42 minutes, did around 6 miles =D |

Ah, I wish that was my problem. I can't sleep in. I'm up at like 5 in the morning, no matter how late I go to sleep or how much sleep I got the night before. For me, when I feel like I can't get up I usually try and find something that I'm excited about. Maybe the night before you could try and think of something you really want to do or need to do. You could give yourself a reward for getting up and starting the day with a walk. I think that once you get up and force yourself to walk you will feel fantastic, because I always feel energized and happy after my runs. |

haha I read it all =D Aww You sound like you were extremely active so I think you will be fine. Yesterday was a bad day for me. I had a pool party with my friends and we were very active but I had quite a few snacks. Overall Its okay because I woke up this morning and was .5 heavier but I certainly ate nowhere near 3500 yesterday so I'm not worried, it must just be water weight. Anyways, I'm trying to relax a bit and become more comfortable eating. My story: A few months ago I started dieting but not in a healthy way. I was like this for about 1 month and a half and lost 14 pounds making me 111. I was absolutely miserable, obsessed, and falling apart. So I stopped, I cried, I took a weeks break from dieting and gained back up to 117. I held at 117 for a bit while my metabolism stabled and now, I eat healthy and have been losing weight steadily =] Im much happier now, more comfortable eating, and being around food, and loving getting into shape. Sorry this is sooooo long! Well I'm off soon to go to my second soccer practice =] I just had a soccer practice tryout for this team that is extremely good, number one in my area, and it was the second time I've practiced with the team. THEY OFFERED ME A SPOT! I was so happy because I tried out very very late so I wasn't expecting this. This is just more motivation for me to become healthy and get into great shape over this summer. If I join this team I don't want to be on the bench all the time. So over all today that gets me to around 3 hours of soccer =] Later I'm planning on cooling down with some laps and lastly some calisthenics YAY! How was everyone else's day? I don't expect you to read all of that lol =] |

Love too! I'm actually having a pool party today and every single one of my friends is TINY! haha so yeah I'd love to be in bikini flaunting shape! Age:15 Height: 5'3 Weight:115 - 114.5 GW: 107-110 I go running usually around 3-5 times a week. I also swim laps daily for 30 minutes. I am beginning to do crunches and leg lifts nightly. I also love the stairmaster and the exercise bike =DD |

haha not stupid at all. Sometimes I feel like Britney and other pop trash really help me because in order to sing like that and say all of that bs lol you have to confident. It makes me feel good about myself so it motivated me and gets me pumped =] I like nickelback too, they are a good band though not one of my favs. |

I think you should tell your friend because I think you'd want her to do the same for you. Be prepared to have to show her the conversation (I hope you saved it) because she might be defensive, after all it is her bf. How long have they been together? |

This own't be as amazing as other peoples posts but here mine: Since I was around 9 I started to gain quite a bit. Every year going to the doctor was my worst fear. I hated scales and mirrors. I hated myself quite frankly. At around 11 years old my doctor said that I needed to lose 5 - 10 pounds. That pushed me to the limit. I went completely anorexic and the worst part was that my parents didn't notice and told me how good I looked when I actually lost weight. The only one to notice this was my housekeeper who stopped me from continuing with that. From there I gained back the weight and then some. I was a junkfood junky, going on candy bar binges such as having 5 bars a day. I'd eat them within 30 mins. I was absolutely miserable then, crying constantly and avoiding clothes shopping. Anyways This year (my freshman year of high school) I finally became fed up with being 5'3 and 125 pounds. I was sick of looking at peoples bodies and comparing mine to theirs. I'm currently 111 pounds and I've lost around 14 pounds in the past month and a half =] My goal weight is 110 so I'm so CLOSE =D After I reach 110 I think I'm going to go down to around 105 but no lower then 100. I haven't been 112 pounds since around 7th grade so it's nice to be under 112 now =] I hope this inspires people, sorry if it sounds pathetic |
