If you need a face mask to hyrdate your skin squish about a half of an avacado and add 2 teaspoons of honey. It helps my skin at its driest of times! |

Like you, I am 5'7" and would like to be around 125 lbs. I started out in January at 138 and have made made it down to 131 pounds. I have been bouncing inbetween 130 and 132. My picture shows me around 128 last november. I am more or less wanting a toned look more so than loosing the weight. That and I am also a foodie. I love good food and a good drink.

I am happy to report a day late and 4 pounds lighter!! I have been doing core workouts and walking the dog in the mornings- yoga at work- and running in the afternoon. I have to say that the 3 a day work out is great. I was worried that a lack of weight training would keep me from toning up, but it hasn't. I am becoming a true believer in yoga! 5/6/08 = 134
Woo Hoo, Hot bathing suit body here I come!! Hopefully it will be in full effect for my September romance vacation!! |

Hi ladies!! Why is it so hard to behave on the weekend! I was uber bad and drank up a storm. I have gained 4 pounds since last week, BUT I won't let that get me down. I just need to get back in saddle of eating better and putting down the delicious alcohol.
Rochelle, I'm not sure if there are still a lot of ladies hoping to drop the pounds.....but I'm here! I'm trying to check in once a week! Congrats on working hard! I completely understand loosing motivation. I didn't start loosing the pounds until I stopped doing as much weight training- the story goes that muscle weighs more than fat. If you are looking to trim down w/a little muscle tone, do more cardio and work with the ball and free weights! |

A day late and couple pounds short!! Yeah! I'm excited to announce that I have lost 2 pounds. I'm thinking it was all the dog walking/jogging w/my sweet puppy Buddy and dancing/cleaning house! There is something theraputic about dancing around in your undies while sipping wine, cleaning house, and listening to great music! Hope you ladies are having fun getting ready for bathing suit season! |

I finally stood on a scale to get my actually weight last week which was 136 lbs. After this weekends festivities I am now: 4/14/08 138lbs -->hugcooke....I feel yah on the beer. Why does it have to be so tasty and always calling my name?? I did find out that Guiness has a little less calories then Sierra Neveda and about the same as most light beers. |

Thank you for all of the wonderful advice! The only advice my doctor gave me was to use my inhaler and not over do it. It is just hard not being able to do the same amount of running as before....that and I haven't gotten use to having my inhaler w/me at all times. queenmedia- i may just have to try yoga for my uterus' sake! hehe |

Actually it would be better for you to have a little ribs and veggies. If I remember correctly its better to have carbs during the day and not at night. That and almost anything in small amounts isn't too bad for you. I have a problem of not over eating. Someone gave me good advice to keep from doing that- use smaller plates and drink a FULL glass of water before each meal. It has helped me with over eating......except when it comes to pasta and pizza- which are my ultimate weaknesses! |

I'm slightly behind in joining the group, but am in need of much motivation. My name is Stacey will be turning 25 soon and am about 138 pounds....I don't know my exact weight because (1) don't own a scale and (2) haven't been to the gym since January, ouchy. Well, here is my unofficial offical weight: 4/8/08 138 lbs! Congrats to all the ladies that have already started!! |

The plastic wrap is definitely not going to give you the results that you are ulitmately wanting. A good core work out will. You can even work your core while you are at work, sitting in a chair, walking, watching tv, etc. Just tense/squeeze your stomach muscles.....be weary of the constipated face that comes along with it though, hehehe. |
