ok, well just try really hard to stick to a diet that youve made. Check out my journals (my diet is on there) and see if that diet would work for you. its not that hard to stick to. plus, excersize is really important! it will help with burning off wieght already gained. |

Breakfast: cheese stick Lunch: salad with 1 cherry tomato, 2 mushrooms, 2 cucumbers, and 3 baby carrots. No dressing. I add grilled fish or chicken evry other day Snack after school: cheese stick and banana Dinner: 1 serving of pasta (size of a deck of cards) and 1 piece of garlic toast TOTAL : 856 calories *been on this diet for 1 week and have lost 3 pounds. All food groups included. |

Hey,
im fifteen too and i know exactly what your talking about. check out my journal, thats the plan im using and you could try it. Its pretty easy to follow, ive been on it for a week and i already lost 2 pounds. by the way, you said your 134? thats below my goal wieght! your just fine, trust me. Since were teenagers, its likely that stress (Hw and tests) and growing can add to our eating habits. But, overeating is my problem too. its gunna be ok! |
