Weight Loss Work and eating later. Apr 18 2008

My opinion is that you should work your day just like everyone else's as far as spacing your meals throughout your day...just make them later.  Personally I would make my biggest meal the earliest one.  Maybe you have a big breakfast at noon before you go in to work (I'm assuming you get up later than most folks).

But five or six meals/snacks, heaviest earliest and then a light meal after you get home from work (and getting ready for bed) sounds like the logical course to me.  But then I'm just learning this stuff too, so someone else might have a better suggestion.

Is there room for one more?

I'm 37 and mother of four.

Even though I don't have my stats set public, I'll tell you guys.

I'm 220 and the tools say I should be 135, but I'm shooting for 120...so that's EXACTLY 100 lbs.

Sure hope I can do it!
