I've gotten one comment like that recently...A friend of mine said "Every time I see you, you're boobs are bigger!" Hah. Maybe it has something to do with having less of a stomach, so they seem like they stick out further or something? Atleast that's what I figure it is in my case...Cool

Thank you Laughing I did a little more thinking and reading after I posted, and although I'm still not 100% sure about it yet, I'm leaning more towards the 2 in 1 now. The way I am starting to see it now is as long as I can stay within my target heart rate one way or another, it's not really as important to me to have the programmed workouts, or anything like that. But of course, like I said, I'm still kind of unsure. Thank you again for your thoughts, though!

Does anyone have a cheat day? do you feel guilty afterward? Oh dear...Actually, I cheat a little almost every day, so I don't have one picked out in particular to go crazy on. In the evening I'll usually have a 1/2 cup of 90 cal frozen vanilla yogurt, and if there is any, a small piece of cake to go with it...I don't really feel guilty about it, but of course I know I could have eaten something much better for me instead Innocent

Has anyone here resolved to limit an exercize regimine untill they've lost more weight? Uughh...Well, I seem to have a really hard time sticking to any kind of exercise routine. My son just keeps going and going, so I get a pretty good daily work-out just trying to keep him out of stuff Tongue out I also spend some time here and there on my Leg Magic thinger...I seriously need to kick my butt into shape on that issue, haha.

* what motivates you to lose the weight? Well, to be honest, I feel like my weight is keeping me from actually living my life the way I really want to. I've been overweight since about 4th or 5th grade, and I've pretty much always been miserable because of it. Being made fun of, not wanting to participate in anything, all of that stuff. I don't want to waste the rest of my life the same way. I want to be able feel and look good.

* have you lost any yet? Since January 1st, I've lost almost 16lbs. 8lbs of that being since I joined CC. 

* how long have you been on the site? For a little better than a month...since April 10th.
