Sorry, I've fallen off the wagon for last several weeks due to vacations and going out of town for a business trip. On the top on that, I'm getting married in less than a month so I've been extremely busy.

 

I'll weigh in tomorrow morning - I'll be afraid to look at my scale! But I'll have to be brave and know that I can lose some more pounds for next few weeks!

I'm in! Hope it's not too late since I've been on vacation for last several weeks so I fell off the wagon for a while. I've been with this group since the beginning and I'd love very much to be back with you all! ;)

As of 7/31/08

CW: 131.8 (was 130 before I went on vacation)

BMI: 24.8
BF: 24.4 %

FIVE weeks left until my wedding day! I'm hoping to go down to 120. I KNOW I CAN DO IT!

Sighs, I can't time that time flew by so quickly. Unfortunately, I stalled due to my two weeks' worth of vacation and I gained 2-3 lbs. I will accept that and hope to do better for next 5 weeks before my wedding. I'll try so hard to weigh at least 120 lbs. *finger crossed*

Sorry, I was on vacation for past 2 weeks.

I gained 2 lbs since then -- so it's ok. I will just get back on the track. I now stand at 132. I hope to go down to 120 by my wedding day in 5 weeks! *fingers crossed*

Sorry if I'm late -- the last two days have been crazy! Pulling in 10 hours day this week AND taking scuba diving lessons in the evenings so I could go on a vacation this Friday.

FYI, I will not be back until Wed the 23rd so I will be back on-line on Thursday, 24th so that's when I will finally weigh in.

I now stand at 130. Am down 1 lb this week so that's great news!

So I've noticed my pattern over the weekend. I tend to gain a lb or so due to lack of exercise and eating badly.

SW: 142 from last April

9th: 134.0

Goal weight by 21st: 125-127
Long-term goal: 115 by Sept 6th

I now weigh at 130.8! I am SO thrilled! I went from 132.6 to 130.8 within 4 days. Wow! That's because I stayed in calories' limit and worked out for 4 days in a row. Today, I am taking a break since I have to clean up the house for BBQ/friends' gathering tomorrow at our place. I plan to jog in the morning so I will feel better because I will indulge on the food tomorrow then work harder over the weekend!

Just weighed in this morning (I usually weigh in every Monday and Thurs) and now stand at 130.8! I am SO thrilled! I went from 132 to 130.8 within 4 days. Wow!

:( I was a lb lighter last Fri - weekends are always harder. I'm usually good with staying on the routine during the week, but when it's a weekend - i tend to eat bad a bit and not exercise. I'll get back on track for sure this week so that's why I love weighing in on Thursdays!

I know I'm like 3 days earlier but I just wanna share the exciting news! I lost approx 2.6 lbs the past week! I now weigh at 131.2!!!! (I was 133.8 last Monday)

I think my body retained water and sodium as I had two large slices of pizza last Sunday and was full for the rest of evening. I was also 100% committed to the program and working out relentlessly for last 3 days.

Anyway, I'll have to keep it up this weekend and hopefully lose another lb on Monday for actual weigh-in!

FINALLY! I've lost some pounds since it's been a while since I saw pounds shedding. Am now 131.2! Go me! That's for being 100% being committed to the program and working out everyday for past 3 days and it's working. I just have to keep it up!

Well, I've definitely hit the plateau. It's really hard to lose last stubborn 15-20 pounds. I HAVE to do something different this time!

Great, cmiss24! I'm glad we can support each other.

That's so great that you lost 13 lbs! I went from 142 to 134 by following within the calories' limit and working out like every other 2 days. But been in the plateau mode for last few weeks so I need to do something different this time. I guess like it's been said, it's always hard to lose last 15-20 pounds!

And nope, I'm not done with the planning - I don't 'think I'm even halfway there yet. Yeooww!

With Father's Day's FATTY dinner yesterday and my birthday today (I plan on eating healthwise and just eat a piece of cake!) - my weight now stands at 134.4. Just .4 lb gain.

Well, not bad but I will work really harder this week by revamping my weight loss reigmen!

Guess it's harder when you try to just lose last 10-15 lbs. Arg!

Goals:
1) Weigh between 128-130, and
2) Upper my exercise regimen/eat more calories (that part is very challenging for me)

Gotta love this group - thanks for continue doing this. Since May was really bad for me, I intend to do better this time because I really want to look great in my wedding dress! (I already bought the exactly same kind of dress like in my icon above)


Anyway, here's my stats:

Today's Weight: 134.4

Goals:
1) Lose at least 2 lbs a week
2) Exercise MORE! (I have not worked out for past 6 days so I will hit the gym for sure after work today!)

Sorry for the late reply - the past weekend has been great for me. :/

I'm back at square one -- 135.8.

I was 135.0 last week and then went down to 134 later that week. Sighs....

I'll work harder this week!
