I have to say that your success pics are wonderful! I finally saw them this morning! I'm just starting the SI6. I don't know what the schedule is or how I'm supposed to progress. The SI6 set I have was from a friend who just gave me her DVD's to try. They came with no other info. If you could let me know when I should be moving on from the "Start it up" and forward, that would be great! If I can end up with progress similar to yours, I'll be thrilled! I ordered the TurboJam series also, but that will take me sometime. I don't have the coordination at this point. And although she shows you the 11 moves in "Learn and Burn", they go a bit fast for me to grasp. I guess at 45, my mind is going already, lol. Your pics are definitely inspiring! Thanks so much for sharing! I'm hoping for similar results! |

Here I am again, long winded as usual, lol Nicole318, I'm REALLY glad to hear that you found it easier. That is great news, because it spurs me on to get to your point in the workouts! I'm glad to hear that you're actually "feeling good", because I was near death, I'm sure; lol. There IS light at the end of my tunnel! Congrats on your progress! Sonini, Congrats on the bargain at Walmart! I didn't feel my abs at all, but I tried to get my husband to order a seat raiser for the toilet(sorry for the TMI), because I was falling onto it, with no muscles to squat with! He didn't, ugh. So, I tough it out. Nice to know I can expect to feel my abs too...I really need the help in that area! Slh62, All the best wishes to you! Nicole318, I wish you all the luck in the world! If you're at the point where you're ready to tackle level 2, I say HIGH FIVE! There needs to be a medal awarded for surviving each level! I'm thrilled for you and look forward to hearing how well you did! I know I'm a long ways away. Soltestimony, HAHAHA! You couldn't be more right! I did level 1 twice and I was concentrating on not giving up and not dying! I don't recall ANY music! I DO recall hearing the drill sargeant's (Jillian's) voice more than anything. And now I'm wondering if there is music at all, lol. Probably is, but I was so focused on sucking air and what circut I was on, so I knew when it would be over that I'm sure I missed the music completely! Good luck to all and I look forward to hearing all about it, since as I said; I'll be on level 1 for a while..... |

Weebee, I'm sure you'll make it! I know me and I know I'll have to ease into it. If it did one thing, it really put into perspective how out of shape I am! I don't know that I could do it everyday....but I plan on working up to doing it every other day. Good luck with it and I hope you enjoy it and it works for you! |

I ordered it last week from Amazon. I did it last Friday before going to work. I could feel my abused leg muscles all day. Come Saturday, I thought I was a cripple. I'm doing this DVD once a week until I get get stronger. I like the DVD a lot! It slammed the point home of what poor shape I am in tho! I never would have thought that simple jumping jacks and push-ups were beyond my reach. I will conquer this DVD, lol...but it sure set me straight in quick fashion that I have a long way to go. At this stage, just being able to THINK I can advance to level 2 is my goal. I will be on level 1 for a while and I'm ok with it. When I feel like I'm not going to die and I can push harder and do most of level 1 with ease, I'll move up. I was really glad to read all of the responses here. There is a lot of valuable information and opinion. Thanks all! And good luck to all of you, I know you'll be screaming(probably literally, lol) thru level 3 in no time! |
