Im in too! I was trying to lose weight after my breast reduction surgery I had in November and I was sitting at about 158

Well, December came and went and I started getting motivated again and I wanted to lose 23 lbs by my 23rd birthday (which was Feb 25)

Well Mid January some D-bag ran a stop sign and t-boned my car....Ive been going to physio AND I am back up to 166 lbs!!!!!!! I want to lose 30 lbs by the end of June, so losing 10 lbs by the end of April well....I would love to accomplish that!

Its just so hard to get motivated these days and being I gained a bunch of weight back from (emotional eating) and binge eating.... *sigh*  I want to look great in time for warm weather! (well in Canada warm weather is like June til September hahahaha-oh god) anyway....

 

.....What the hell are we waiting for?? Let's do it!

That is great! Thats where I want to be around as well!! It was orginially for the summer.......I would like to be about 130-135 lbs...... which is totally achievable.... getting there for by feb? Im not too sure....especially since there isnt a whole lot I can do besides minor cardio..... I guess thats where the foods I eat will make all the difference!

Well I am back!!!

I had my surgery and sit in at about 159ish....maybe a bit less.......Im not gonan lie I let lose and ate pretty much whatever I wanted during recovery....I mean it was hard not too being couped up all day for two weeks....and it was slightly depressing at first....a piece of me was gone...

As for the results, well....they are smaller I guess and firmer and more perky, but they are still big to me.

Nevertheless I am happy that I got it done....and now Im setting a new goal for myself. I hope to get into great shape in time for my birthday! Which is Feb 25!

In the last couple days Ive been trying on tons of old shirts of mine that I thought I would never be able to wear because of the size of my chest.....including my bikini tops!! OMG they fit!! I dont know what I was thinking when I bought them, because they never fit in the first place....it must have been wishful thinking. Now they fit nicely and I see myself being able to even go SWIMMING soon haha...something I havent done since I was like 13.....lol

 

SO I would like to work on the rest of my body now, because my birthday is coming quick! Also, being I cant do any lifting for 6-8 weeks......Im gonna have to try and do something to lose the weight in time for my birthday.

I know today I packed a healthier lunch consisting of a salad, fruit cup, bag of grapes and some soup and some V8. I have to slowly try and ween myself off of the fatty and high sugar foods, which Ive been consuming for the past 2 weeks.....

...and being the christmas holiday is approaching along with the cold months (well.....In Canada I guess haha-stupid cold weather) Im bound to want lots of comfort foods such as warm yummy pizza, chile and pastas! ..........and chocolates...............damn chocolates........

 

Anyway! I guess I just gotta focus.....the key to weightloss is 90% diet 10% excercise! So this stat kind of works out in my favour since I have a handicap for the next while....

I put a new picture up of my boobies...NO they arent naked!....Im actually wearing my little black dress that DID NOT fit a few months ago.... 

I think they are  decent size and in the end it will motivate me even more to push harder to meet my goal for my birthday!

All right ladies! I have my surgery in 2 DAYS!! Im sitting in at about 159. Im happy with that! I will be out of commision for a while so I HOPE I dont put any of the weight back on while Im in recovery.....

Halloween was very fun, and I wore a Mile High Captain outfit.....it was very out of my element, but I feel with the inches and pounds Ive lost it gave me the encouragement and condidence to wear it! AND I didnt drink a SINGLE drop of alcohol last night either (simply because I have surgery in 2 days and was told I wasnt allowed lol) but still...I had a great time and got lots of compliments.

I hope everyone else is doing great with all their achievements and goals.

Keep up the great work everyone !

Hey I havent posted in a while lol..... but Im glad to say Im in the 150's finally 159.6 today.. (hey its still in the 150's lol)

Thats from 175.2 from July 22. Twenty more to go and I would be ever so happy.

Going for my breast reduction in just over a week (November 4th!!) Exciting but scary....hopefully I will lose a few more pounds from that! lol

I know events like these are great for motivation... just gotta push and keep your head up!

You will see lower, I know it, I was so doubt ful about my last weigh in...thought I gained in places......when she told me a lost another 7 inches I told her to shut up. Then I apoligized to her lol Then I thanked her. Then she told me to thank myself :) lol

So I DID!

Thats awesome! I tried on a devil costume, but it just.......wasnt working at all..... plus the material it was made of was really.....sweaty-like, like I would be sweating all night.

And look at you missy! Ordering it off of EBAY??? didnt even get to try it on, now thats gusty, good for you!

That was like me at the costume store, I tried on a few and was just.....well I started feeling really crappy because nothing was fitting properly......So I saw the mile high costume and grabbed a medium and never even tried it on....I went home, stared at it for a while , then tried it on and was just overcome and shocked that I got in on, and done up lol

Just a few minor alterations..... (to my body that is lol) and just gotta push and slim down more to make it look amazing.

 

Since you are going to post a pic of you in yours when you get I will do the same...I will post one now and one later........hopefully there will be a difference lol

Good morning!!

 

I bought my halloween costume!!! hahaha its so out of my element but I totally bought a mile high club captain outfit lol

AND!  ................wait for it...............................I bought it in a MEDIUM!! lol

Sure its super revealling and shows every bump, roll and wrinkle, but the sight of that is only going to modivate me more

How is everyone else's costume ideas coming? I think at the end of the month, everyone should take a picture of themselves IN THEIR COSTUMES and post it for all to see. To show the world and all our friends that WE DID IT!!

 

I mean, in case any one out there is feeling like they arent getting where they want to be with this whole weight loss saga. Seriously, get it going, have that goal, and just do it!

 

What does everyone say?

To know that you are going to have to  be obligated to share you results with everyone on here, I think that alone should push people.

 

Anyone feeling a little skeptical about that sexy police officer costume they bought, or the sexy slim devil outfit hiding in their closet, or hell, perhaps people havent bought their costumes yet...... I say go out there pick out what you want to wear if  you havent already, get one in a slightly smaller size and make that your inspiration!

 

My boyfriend bought a Predator costume to wear, its a one size fits all, and it dont fit!

He was pretty upset, so he's joined the gym with me and is seeing a personal trainer as well. Ive got him on a meal plan as well, so now, we BOTH got these costumes to fit into..... and we damn well better, because both combined came to almost $400!!!

Use whatever you can to modivate you!

 

If people dont feel comfortable posting a picture, tust me...........it will be the greatest feeling knowing just how hot you are! and just tell yourself, imagine a previous weight you were at one point  and were happy, remember how good that felt....

tell yourself, nothing felt better than what 142 lbs looked like (insert goal weight lol)

 

Let's step this up a knotch..........

Good morning everyone

I am logging in today because I will be away this weekend....

I weighed in at 161.6 this morning. I just saw my nutritionist on September 24th and I lost another 7 inches. So thats a total of 20.25 inches in two months...Just when I thought it was about time to give up lol

My surgery isnt til November 4th now, so that leaves me with one more  month to potentically lose more! Ive gone to the gym everyday this week and it feels great and Im noticing a huge difference...

 

Bought my halloween costume last week.... it was a little gusty and out of my element, but I totally bought a mile high club captain outfit lol... AND I bought it in a medium-ohh how risky lol

its a  little tight and shows every bump, roll and wrinkle, but thats just gonna have to modivate me more!

 

Hope everyone is still keeping up with their excercises but most importantly,their eating! In the end, its basically 90% diet, 10% physical activity......So keep it up ladies!

I too went a little crazy this weekend......

Ive managed to maintain my weight ....I was 162.8 on friday and I am 162.6 today...and I just finished my period.....

Although this was the weekend of the chicken wing (no really, it  was...I had chicken wings ALL weekend long, with pizza, beer, burger king (ew sick) and ice cream) I feel like I was (hopefully) able to get it all out of my system so I can start fresh Monday (today) and focus. I still have another month because of my surgery being put off so I want to take advantage of it rather then getting more discouraged.

Damn fatness, who invented that anyway?

Hey ladies....

 

Well I have good news and bad news....

 

Good news is that I am weighing in at 162.4 today.... thats about 13 lbs lost from July 22.......... the bad news is...

My surgery got cancelled this morning and I wont be able to reschedule til Monday.... "apparently" my surgeon is going for back surgery himself and wont be back at work til like November 1st....

 

I guess this gives me right til the end of october to lose more weight... But I was really eager to get it done on Oct 7th...

 

Being Ive been training 4 nights a week with a trainer and doing cardio 7 days  a week... its been a lot of work and stress..

 

Being Im not an athelete and Im not a professional and i wasnt in the best shape when I started to begin with, doing as much as Ive been doing is starting to burn me out and Ive been losing my drive and focus and just npt trying very hard with the trainer.....dissapointing both of us...

 

And now learning about this I am so discouraged...its gonna take some serious fricken strength to fill the void , the gap in October.....I will be going crazy in my mind I know it..

 

I hope everyone else is doing well......Keep up the good work

Hey ladies, I know its not weigh in day, but......I saw a new number on the scale this morning and I was too excited not to share......

164.8

 

That's 10.4 lbs lost since July 22

Probably wont reach my goal of 130 by the end of this month lol, but hell, if I can even break into the 140's I will be stoked for sure... then after my breast reduction, that should lose 5-8 pounds or so... so ya...I think if I work hard this  month and after my sugery I will be sitting in the 140's for sure!

Well from the very beginning of my mini journey I weighed myself with my new Curves scale and I clocked in at 175.6 lbs. This was July 22.

Its now August 22, one month later and I am clocking in at 165.6 lbs. Thats ten pounds lost since I started with a trainer and nutritionist. I have about 5 more weeks to go until my goal date September 27th. Right now I have no idea what I will possibly weigh considering my goal weight was 130 and I just dont see that as logical anymore.....

My breast reduction surgery is October 7th, so I may just be busting my butt up until the day before the sugery to possibly lose a couple more pounds.

I hope everyone else is doing good and I hope every one keeps their head up.....

Hey guys, sorry i missed the weigh in....

Im 166.2 today....... my first intial weight was 175.6 That was July 22.

Ive been working with a personal trainer 4 nights a week. Ive got 5 more weeks of training, half way there. Then its my goal date , Sept 27.

Haha yeah! You know what my nutritionist told me? that sometimes it takes 2-4 weeks to see any real results....after 2 weeks people dont see any change and get discouraged and quit, never seeing ANY results. I cant week for like, 2 more weeks, Im sure I will start seeing it more....and so will you!!

Yup I am!

Im 168.8 today....Ive been flucuating from 170 to 167 up and down, up and down.

 

Ive been working with a trainer 4 nights a week AND a nutritionist and my weight has gone up and down. Ive gained quite a bit of muscle in the last couple weeks. I met with my nutritionist and she took my measurements. I've lost 5 inches so far, all over, one full inch in my arms and one full inch in my hips...and a 1/4 here, 3/4 of an inch there....

Ive got 7 more weeks left for my goal....then its my surgery.

Oh and I just decided today that Im going to do the 60 km walk for the Weekend to End Breast Cancer next year. Not sure if its known in the states or not. Its going on today, right now in fact and I can see people walking and I was cheering them on from my balcony lol.  Since a I lost my grandma to cancer a few weeks ago, and since all my family suspects I got my large breasts from her, this will be a tribute for her. Also a great way to get in better shape!

Hey no worries about that extra pound. I will tell you right now that its not weight gain from fat. You could have drank a kilo of water. One kilo equals 2.2 POUNDS. So you drink a kilo of water, you gain 2.2 lbs....You piss it out...you lose 2.2 lbs.

That extra pound could even be a pound of bowel movement. Ive been weighing myself everyday now just for my own record to see it for myself.

Great job on the succuss!

I too lost a few...I was in a rough patch there for a while.... but just tried to stay focused. I got a personal trainer and I told him I wanted to meet 4 times a week, with wednesdays, saturdays and sundays as my cardio and mon, tues, thurs and fridays as my sessions.....They have been going really well and Im seeing results, more definition rather. Just have to get my body fat % under 25 lol  right now its about 36-37%

My start weight was 175.6 and I weighed in this morning at 167.2

Ive got another session tonight at 9pm (ugh *sigh*) gross who wants to do training that late on a friday night....ah well...It should be good

 

Tomorrow is my cheat meal....ooooh Im gonna have a Panago Chicken Club Pizza and a Tim Hortons Iced Cap, maybe some double stuffed oreos and a Dairy queen ice cream LMAO

My nutritionist said I can allow myself to have a cheat meal once every second weekend.... SO I made myself work hard this past week and a bit in order to earn this cheat meal. Im so excited because Im on a very strict diet. Not even counting calories as much as just eating all natural foods. Oh and lots of protein lol

 

Anyway theres my speel for the day, hope everyone else has  a great day and a great weigh in!

I hope everyone has had a great week and positive progress...even if you havent, it will come in time for sure! Keep it up ladies!

Today I am weighing in at 167.6

I bought a weight scale from Curves and it stores my starting weight, shows me my goal weight (that Ive manually entered as 130 lbs) and then I weigh myself and it displays how many pounds I've lost or gained.

Well I believe it was June 22 I weighed in at 175.6. So whether that weight loss is water, muscle tissue, bowel movements or food....I will except it as a definate loss.

I missed weigh in Saturday

I lost my Grandma to cancer this weekend....... and gained weight actually..... not quite what I was expecting.....

This journey is at a stand still for the moment...have some things to deal with. Hopefully I can get on track here right away.

I looked into getting a personal trainer...should hear from him today...

Hey guys...

I also missed fridays weigh-in..... and unfortunately, the only loss there has been for me this week is my grandma. She passed away Saturday. She had liver and bowel cancer.

I see things getting even more difficult now with this whole weight loss saga.

Im still going to try but right now Im in a definate rut. I did weight myself over the weekend (although I didnt really care what the scale said) and I actually gained weight....whether its water or not, I dont know.....

Either way it sucks...so...if you dont hear from me very often this week or so, Im here in spirit, k? lol....

Just got some things here to tackle

Hmm really? Thats a shame, because they are yummy and light and fill the gap (Im going to eat some now lol)

Im stuck at work right now so its not like I have much option to eat protien....Ive got two giant tubs of soy whey but.....I really cant stand the taste of them...Just bothers me. Even when I got some in my booster juice once it was gross... (You guys may have a Jamba juice there instead...I went to one once when I went to Hawaii)

As for these Eating right crisps, it says  they are a product of usa but prepared for Lucerne Foods in calgary, alberta canada...... I dont know.....they are pretty new, so maybe they are in  your stores, check it out, who knows!

I know the last thing anyone should do is punish themselves for....over eating etc etc...so I wont. :)

Your so right. Thats EXACTLY what I did too...... lol...... I ate that garbage at lunch then when I got home later in the evening my boyfriend wanted to order wings (and again I dont expect him to stop eating certain things) but right when he said that my ears perked up "hm? wings did you say?" lol

So he got pizza and asked if I wanted any and I shook my head no but replied "yes!!!!"

It wasnt so much how much I ate, but WHAT I ate...... 20 wings? they are so small, but pack SOOOO many calories I just... feel like I have them dangling off of me....

As for the gym...I go everyday (except for weekends, which...is going to stop as of this weekend hopefully lol) and I have a ball in my living room and for some reason that bad attitude of "oh I already ate this and that so f it....."  well it totally convinced me to remain seated on the couch (or more like fetal position lol)  so I feel like I just want to take scissors and cut out July 14th.......

 

But instead I will file it in the 'past oops' inbox...

 

Im still...eating carrots and they are just not filling that hunger....weird.....I have these snacks  they are called Eating Right Cheddar flavoured potato crisps.........anyone try those?

they are low fat and 110 calories and 1.5 grams of fat for only 23 crisps...AND they are fair size too...as in, I dont think I could eat 23 in one sitting....

Any comments on them? (Im just concerned because well...I bought them in the 'chip isle'

For my cardio I do one hour on the threadmill at 3.0 to start and the max incline! Usually 15 on most treadmills....

after a couple minutes I go to 3.1. I do this for about 20-30 minutes then go to 3.2......if Im up for it then I will go to 3.3 and once Im at the last ten minutes or so I will go to 3.8 (but still walking it) Its hard work and really works the legs as well. Of course any incline, even slight like cjarose mentioned, will be benefical.

This work out usually burns from 585-650 calories (according to the treadmill)

Back when I could only phyically do 30 minutes, I used to do max incline at 3.8...usually burned about 450-500 calories THAT was hard but really worked the legs and got the heart pumping.

Switching it up is good too.....Just depends on what your intentions are and your goals

Hope everyone had a great weekend!!

Unfortunately, I had one of those....what I keep hearing as 'binge days' yesterday.........

At work we had a lunch meeting for the Sales staff and we all went out to Boston Pizza....I had pizza.....when I probably should have chosen something more....healthy.... (When I got back to work  checked out the calories etc on the website.....1140 calories!! and that wasnt including the ranch dip I had...)

Later in the evening I had 2 pieces of pizza and then TWENTY WINGS!!!!! YES TWENTY!!!!!! lol.......oh my god... Seriously I was going so good and then BAAM!!!

I also never went to the gym......So are we suppose to just write those days of or what???? 

 

*sigh*

 

(Im eating raw carrots right now........lots of them lol ;) )
