Hi! I also have been walking for exercise. I have a nice gravel road down from my house that gets used often ( I've watched wheat riping and now harvested, deer that watch me and wild turkeys on this path.), or the high school track, also nature trails. I listen to my MP3 as well. If you like books, but don't have a lot of time to read, visit libravox.org and download books in the public domain for free and enjoy them as you walk. I wish I could say mine was baby weight but my "baby" turned 17 a week ago. i'm 51 and began my weight journey at 317, now I'm at 265.5 hoping to get down to 180 or so by the time my son graduates next May. Sorry to hear about your pain. My physicans assistant recomeded using equal parts of alcohol and white vinager applied with a dropper. It helps especially after showering and swimming. Another thing to help draw away moisture, wrap Epsom salts in a clean cloth, lay with infected ear down against cloth for about 15 minutes. Repeat every couple hours. Good Luck, I've been there in the past. |

I didn't take my lunch bag today because I was able to eat at home, but tomorrow begins my 10 hour day shifts, for the next three months. Breakfast at home 2 slices whole wheat toast, 1/4 cup egg beater, an ounce of avacado, ounce of lean ham, tomato slice, and 1/2 cup skim milk. I packed my outdated Dale Earnhardt Jr. #8 lunch bag with leftover steamed brocolli, turkey , potato and mixed vegtables and an apple for lunch 300 cal.
Morning break an orange and fat free string cheese
Afternoon break I have a tough choice ** end of school year gathering for staff** I can either have a huge chocolate chip cookie or an ounce of soy nuts.

You might try diaper rash ointment on the chaffed area. I've used it in the past, and found relief. |
