I usually eat these foods. For breakfast a smoothie, Lunch chicken and salad and dinner a bagel with nonfat cheese cream.

I have been on a low calorie diet (1200) since may 2008. I have lost almost 29lbs. However, lately I been having trouble losing more weight. I had to increase my calories. My daily deficit was over 1100 since I have been doing cardio 6x/day for an hour and weights 3x/day for another hour. I guess the low calorie diet worked for some time. I actually eat a 1325 calorie diet now.

I feel kind of sad. This month I have not been able to lose as much as I was losing b4. I really want to reach my goal. Oh and I also had a bad week. My leg was hurting and my stomach was pulsing a lot. Those two things interfered a little with my exercise routine.

I have the same problem. My current weight is 133 and this month I have only lost 1.7lbs. That's usually what I was losing every week. I have not done anything different so I don't really know what's going on. I do cardio 6x/week and weights 3x/week. Oh and I'm currently on a 1200 calorie diet. I also have been trying to zig zag calories.

I have a different phobia. I can't drive on freeways. It's horrible because some days it gets to the point where I can't even leave my house. I already had it for 2 years and it hasn't gotten any better. Maybe I need medication.

I love my body but I still want to be 20lbs lighter. I don't want to look like other women. I just want to be skinny and muscular. I suffer from depression and panic attacks so in a way I want to be at least physically strong.

I noticed a change within the first month because I lost 5lbs. Currenlty I have lost 23lbs since April 13 2008. I do cardio 6 times a week for 60 minutes and I also lift weights mon, wed and fri for about 50 mins. Oh and I eat a diet that is no less than 1200 calories a day.

Welcome! I'm 5'3 and started at 160 april 12 2008. I have lost 23lbs. My desired weight is 115. I'm very proud of my acomplishments because somedays it's just hard to keep up with diet and exercise.

I really hate wearing sweaters even during summer time because my belly was big. However, I also hate the fact that b4 I lost 20lbs I got no attention from guys. That's sad.

I do 50-60 minutes on the elliptical. I try to burn 660 calories mon, wed and fri. The other days I burn 760 calories except sundays because that's my day off.

I have been on a 1200 calorie diet since the end of april. I have lost almost 20lbs and I still want to lose 15-20 more lbs. I don't feel hungry because I eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. I have a calorie deficit of about 6500-7000 a week. I have been losing about 2 lbs per week. My weight goal is 115 lbs and I'm 5"3.

I have suffered from depression all my life and two and a half years ago I started having panic attacks when driving on the freeways or streets. When I was 17, I was diagnosed with Guillian Barre. I was paralized almost complety because I was only able to move my neck from side to side.

Sometimes I just feel that I can't tolerate life anymore but I'm still here with a worthless degree in psychology. LOL

Well so far I have lost 17lbs and I have 18lbs more to go.

This is what I usually eat

Breakfast: Strawberry, banana and papaya smothie with walnuts.

Lunch: About 65grams grilled chicken with a salad (lettuce, broccoli, cucumber, carrots and avocado) and 2 corn tortillas.

Dinner: Half of a  Cinnamon-raisin Toasted bagel with fat free cream cheese and glass of fat free milk.

Snack: Activia Yogurt

I eat no more tha 1200/day and I burn 1,000 calories per day.

This smoothie is the one I have every morning.

1 medium frozen banana, 90 grams frozen strawberries, 90 grams papaya, 15 grams walnuts and skim milk. You add the walnuts until the last minute to keep them from completely crushing.

I used to drink soda and I still do 2oz every 2yrs. LOL When I see it I picture it in my head as something nasty, sugary, fattening and the craving goes away immediately.

I saw my exboyfriend back in February. He is very skinny and muscular. When he gave me a hug I felt like a whale. It was awful. That was my wake up call. I could not believe that I had gained so much weight. I was 160lbs and now I'm 147lbs. I still want to lose 22lbs.

I also had huge calves but when I was 17 my whole body was paralyzed. I had Guillian Barre. Before that I hate it my calves. Now I really want muscular calves.

I also don't have an answer to your problem but it's interesting how we sometimes don't appreciate what we have.

I realized that I'm turning 32 years old this year. I'm getting old and I'm not enjoying the amazing body I have. However, I spent years hating my self. I suffer from depression so that kept me in hole for years. I didn't want to attract any men into my life so I started gaining weight.

Furthermore, I got so sick of feeling hopeless. I have accepted my body and learned to love it. I don't want to be 50 or 60 years old regretting all the mistakes I made in the past. I want to make a difference now. I want to enjoy all the years to come.

I started at 160 and now I'm 151lbs. I guess I just need to be patient. I have only done this for 2 months. I have been eating healthy and working out 6 days a week. My goal is to be 125lbs.
