I know exactly how you feel! this summer i took it too far almost  but i lost around 8 pounds. once school started i couldnt control myself i guess because all the stress and ive gained it all back :( but i know i can do this again and so can you because we've done it before ! today is my first day back on track and im so motivated  !: )goodluck to you too

hey victoria, youre going to find a lot of people commenting this telling you that you cant lose it all that fast. its unhealthy to try to lose more than 2 pounds per week. so if you have 3 months, or 12 weeks then you can lose around 24 pounds in a healthy way, but it will still be hard. start to exercise and cut back your calories, like 700 a day

i was at the same point you for a while too, i was consuming 1200-1500 calories a day and barely active. i lost 7 pounds very easily and now that im stuck (although this is where i want to be) i started to exercise. this way my metabolism jumped up so i burned more calories and i was able to eat more. recently ive been eating around 1,800 calories a day and i even lost some weight. but thats also because i run from 30 minutes to over an hour 5 times a week (im a cross country runner) but find out what exercise works for you and go for it !

I am 5'5 and 115 pounds and mostly muscle because im a runner, i really dont have that much fat on me. It is possible!

i think thats a great idea, i am a runner myself and it has helped with weight loss. i would start by doing whatever you can handle, if that means 5 minutes one day then its fine. try working up to it by doing maybe 5 mins everyday for a week and then 10 mins the next week and so on. push your self! itll be worth it!

good luck :) i want to lose 5 pounds, run 3-4 miles a day once lacrosse season is over, and eat 1200-1500 calories a day.

congrats! i agree with you completely, i have tried everything from starving myself to skipping meals and more. i was miserable, but caloriecount really helped. im glad you enjoy it as much as i do :)

One day is okay but if it happens all the time then your body adjusts and tries to make the most of the calories that you consume. This makes your body gain more weight even when you're eating less

hey everyone, my goal is just around yours i want to get down to 110. i need some motivation as well, so maybe we can all help eachother with ideas and talk about our success because if i keep it to myself i usually dont stick to my dieting plan. if i share it with other people it makes me feel obligated to lose weight.

and although im not having a wedding, im going to one in june as well and i want to get down 8-10 pounds.
