I did my 5th day today, still on 1 - hadn't even considered bumping up yet! I am not using hand weights, I just go through the motions with my hands in the positions & will add when I have a set of less than 10 - I set those aside the first day after two reps of the first exercise. Haha! I am hoping to see something after one week. I am keeping my intake under 1200, and am planning to see it through the 30 days. Best of luck to us all! |

Jazz I have not heard of - sounds like I must try one! Romes I have heard are good - I just can't pass up a "sure thing" I guess to branch out too much, hahaha. |

#1 Honey Crisp -sweet & just-right texture of flesh #2 Macintosh - small and the flesh is PERFECTION - this is what I grew up on. If you can get the Michigan apples from Old Orchard or a West Michigan orchard. #3 Gala - this is a second place favorite when I can't get a Honey Crisp. |

Hey I am glad you asked - I have wondered this also. I have it coming in the mail this week and I am excited to try it for the first time. What equipment will I need to have ready for when it arrives? I plan on doing it in the basement, laminate wood floors - I am sure I'll need something to lay on so I don't pick up any dust bunnies, but any other words of wisdom? |

Oatmeal. *Does it sound gross?* Put brown sugar on it. I eat 6:30 1/2 cup dry quaker/store brand oatmeal, brown sugar & () crystal light grapefruit juice - - - super low cal & I don not get hungry until about 11 AM when I am taking my 6th graders to lunch! |

It can also happen when you go into oxygen debt. I used to get it when I would run really fast/far - I don't really do that anymore, but remember the feeling like my teeth were getting ready to go to sleep. |

I made this carrot cake to take to work where there are a bunch of weight watchers - I asked my sister in law to figure out the 'points' for me. She told me 7 points a piece. I don't know how accurate that is, but it is delicious! Great information - I will try this too! I always feel great after facials (and they use oils), but get dry between - - - why didn't I ever think of this - - - I've tried almost everything else! |
