Eh, don't worry about sounding one way or another. It's silly to classify a person without knowing why they became a certain way and whatnot.

I know what you're feeling though. I wasn't really able to lose weight until I dealt with my some psychological issues, namely depression and anxiety.

I guess there are two ways to convince yourself to change. You can come to terms with your self hatred and use it as fuel and to motivate you in changing yourself, or you can concentrate on the positive and whatnot. Personally, the prior worked the best for me. Sometimes it can backfire and justify you beating yourself up, ususally bingeing.

I know people are going to say that this is totally unhealthy (and it is!) but the truth of it is, is that unhealthy eating philosophies and habits are a manifestation of an unhealthy mind. That being understood, if they want to try to tackle that, they should go right ahead. You can't tell a person, "awww, feel better! you're beautiful!" if they don't even hear it.

I guess this is all assuming you have depression or something like it.

I recently went to the movies and brought 2 clementines and a nalgene...you can take a long time to eat the clementines and they're only 35 cal each. Whenever I was thirsty, I refilled it in the bathroom.
Very yummy. :D

Bananas are very high in carbs, cans of fruit usually are in syrup.
Your best bet is probably clemintines...they're only 35cal each. Apples aren't bad, around 80cal.
As far as working out goes, you have to find something you enjoy doing. It'll be nothing but heartache and misery if you don't.
Breakfast is vital to you having a healthy diet. Anyone'll agree.
Try to switch to rye and whole grains. There's nothing else you can do but that if you're completely unwilling to give up on the carbs.
For your stomach...Leg lifts, sit ups, running, swimming...

Good luck!
