Great idea! 1) I have great boobs and an hourglass waist, so even when i'm heavy i can make the most of my boobs! 2) I'm getting stronger and healthier every day with exercise and strength training, I'm starting to see definition in my arms which feels great! 3) I like that i'm pale and have learnt that it's not healthy for me to tan, so i look after my skin and it looks better for it! |

not really a food but fizzy water with ice and lime slices keeps me from reaching for the snacks in the evenings! tastes yummy and the bubbles fill you up! |

Advising someone to stop their antidepressants is very unwise. Some people have to switch to find the right one that works for them. I myself have found antidepressants to be very helpful, and suddenly stopping taking them can lead to all sorts of horrible side effects. I'm not quite sure what your explanation is: "Her pitutary gland had bottomed out she had very very low seratonin left that's why it was because of the ZOLOFT!!" Most modern day antidepressants work by increasing the levels of serotonin in the brain so it is unlikely that antidepressants gave her very low levels. |

I am on citalopram 30mg daily and I have lost weight on it. I looked up a journal about losing weight on my medication and it said that citalopram can alter your fat metabolism. I think it's just that bit harder than normal! |

I completely understand the OP point of view. I am just about to start my finals (I am studying biomedical science in the UK) and I know that in the next couple of weeks I will not get as much sleep as I would like. There is just so much to learn in such depth and although i have been working hard all year it is necessary to cram before exams.

Hmm a bit of both for me. I want to get down to a healthy weight but at the moment I probably have more muscle than I have ever had and I am fitter than I have ever been previously so I dont mind so much that my weight loss is going slowly. I am a size 14 (UK) currently and want to get down to a size 12 (UK). I will never be a size 10 as basically as soon as I hit puberty and got a womanly shape I have been a size 12 even when I was 2 stone lighter purely because I have hips and boobs. So to be comfortable a 12 would be great, with a fit toned body, i'm aiming to be around 140lbs which is slap bang in the middle of healthy weight for my height. I still want my hips and boobs, just want to lose the excess flab! |

I generally thought that breast weight came off first... the thought of which distressed my boyfriend! Because breasts are very fatty so I thought maybe that weight came off first? That has been true for me in the past but this time I am noticing my tummy fat reducing... |

I bloody lovely wagamamas, it's soooo good! I think its one of the "healthier" restaurants, depending on what you eat of course. But if you have, say, miso soup as a side and a ramen dish for main and leave some of the noodles it shouldnt be too bad! Ah now I really want to go there! |

I had two medium dolche de leche frappocinos this weekend.... they are soooo good!!! I think i should switch to the lighter ones though, otherwise atm with the amount of caffeine breaks i'm need 'll be the size of a house! |

I suffer from depression and before I went on antidepressants I had a lot of those days! Just not wanting to do anything, would sit and mope and feel wretched. Since starting on antidepressants and getting help I have firstly learnt that somedays I will feel like that and it's ok, but also that I can limit the "bad" feeling by getting up and doing something, even if it's just going for a quick walk! I am also turning to food less for comfort! |

Today I over-ate, had a muffin at lunch and just had some icecream with my boyfriend! But not too fussed, although i am eating out at pizza hut tomorrow night... but life is stressful at the moment and it's important to have good times with friends! Just going to try and be healthy for the rest of the day! |

ooh gum chewing is a good idea, if you're anything like me, cause once you have the taste of mint in your mouth you dont want to eat stuf so bad as it it will taste funny cause of the mint taste. |

Maybe previously plan your snacks before you eat them? so you know how many calories you will be eating including your planned snacks? For example, I planned in a slice of carrot cake in my daily calories so I am still within my calorie limit but i still get a really yummy snack! |
