By some miracle I stayed the same after spending a few days at the beach eating Thrasher's fries and Candy Kitchen candy!  I only have a tiny bit more candy left so I'll have to watch my calorie count because I can't throw it away!

LOL!  You have to be careful with drinks because they can contain a lot of calories (empty calories) though I don't know what a Chili's Margarita has but I do LOVE THE Presidente Margarita, YUMMY!!!  Also watch out on restaurant's "diet" or guilt free menu because at some places they have a shocking amount of calories.  I know that I look up different meals from places I eat and am totally shocked.

I went on vacation for a few days this week and ate a few bad things, hopefully all of the "play" at the beach worked off those calories!  Tongue out

Well I am a little bummed, I only lost 4.6 pounds.  I am good during the week for the most part but the weekends and eating out is where I fail.  Congrats to everyone and good luck going forward.

I'm in, today I weighed in at 168.2 and I need to 18 or 20 pounds to be at my goal weight but my main problem is that I like to eat and have less self control when I eat out, hopefully I can do it this time.  Last year I was able to lose 23 pounds with CC help and now that I've gained a few pounds back I need to get back on track.

At the doctor's on Friday I weighed 166.0 but I was bad this weekend and ate ribs and shrimp so I gained a little bit.  Sigh!!!

My weight for this challenge was 172.8 on June 2nd.  My original post mentioned my starting weight but that was from when I first joined Calorie Count a year ago, my starting weight this challenge is 172.8.  Sorry for the confusion.

Hi all,

I gained some weight back that I lost last year and I'm feeling bad about it so I'd like to join in hopes of finally getting to my goal weight.  My starting weight was 182, today I weighed in at 172.8 on June 2nd (today) and a goal weight of 162 by the end of June though I'd like to get to 145 by September.

It is tough but I'd say the child's opinion is worth taking into consideration since the child will be affected by the decision but you also have to evaulate the child's reasoning for not liking the man since in some cases it could be a possessiveness/jealousy thing on the child's part.

Hi all,

Well I am majorly upset with myself, I endulged in boneless wings this week and had 2 beers on Monday night and now I'm paying for it! My body fat % actually went down but my weight is up a little bit.  :-(

Ok this stinks, those darned chicken wings I had this week caught up with me, once on the lips, twice on the hips as they say.  I'll have to use more self control if I'm going to make my goal by Oct 31.  I am in a size 8 which is the first time in many, many years so overall I'm ecstatic!

Hi,

I forgot to post but weighed in yesterday.  Today I jumped on the scale and it said 163.5 so hopefully on our final weigh in I'll be that or lower.  I have increased my activity level some but haven't been very strict with my eating which is why I'm staying the same.  It is so hard to good for so long, at this rate it will take until November to lose the remaining 15 lbs. :-(
