sorry i've been gone for a while. school is driving me crazy, a got MASSIVELY sick on monday, and i had a mini relapse with my ED. noooot a good time.

SW:151.6, 34.5% BF      GW: 140/145

11/07: 151.6 34.5% BF

11/14: 153.6 34.6% BF - 2lb gain =/

11/21: missed

11/28: 151.4 34.5% BF

finally back to normal.. hopefully i can lose a bit more! =]

that's strange, i can see it... have been able to the whole time. the one thing is, once you copy it, there's a space in the adress, and you need to delete the space. try that, and it should hopefully work =]

good job johgar!! i find it helps if i listen to or sing a song i really like, and then i can hold it longer. i made it 26 seconds with no music, and a minute and 15 second with one of my favorite songs on :P

 breakfast: half a piece of toast with about a tablespoon of almond butter, a little drizzle of honey on the toast, half a pancake with syrup, five strawberries, a glass of orange juice

snack: 1 2 3 clementines, one arrow root biscuit

lunch: two fish cakes with tartar sauce, a few raw veggies (cucumber slice, bell pepper strips, and baby carrots), a slice of whole wheat bread, and some berry crisp stuff

snack: clementine, arrow root biscuit, a little cranberry gingerale (my one fizzy weakness!), rice krispies

dinner: six arrowroot biscuits with nutella :S, banana, a few bites of twix, and a few baked chip

 

that was an... interesting... day.

breakfast 1: three arrowroot biscuits and a few sips of cranberry gingerale

breakfast 2: two mini croissants, half a piece of toast with sunflower seed butter, a few strawberries, and a small glass of orange juice

snack: there was no snack today, and i forgot mine =[

lunch: veggie dog with half a bun, about a cup of baked beans, apple, the equivalent of a "medium" french fry

dessert: small piece of carrot cake, two macadamia nut cookie

dinner: mashed potatoes with fake bacon bits, cooked carrots, an apple, two small oranges

dessert: small piece of white cake

post workout/bed time snack: apple, one arrowroot biscuit with about a tablespoon of whole foods fresh ground almond butter

lesson learned: snack is crucial!!

Okay, I figure I need a little check in, even if it's just to talk to myself for a bit.

School is going to drve me insane. I dont know where all this work came from, but it's piling up, and I have no idea how to get it all done!! I'm trying my hardest, but sometimes that isn't enough for this crazy place. I just got off of a break, but if anything, I'm more stressed out and edgy than I was before. There are only 33 more days til Christmas holidays, but even that is 34 days too many =/

Because of the crazy stress, my eating has been... less than satisfactory. It's hard to focus on just relaxing and having a nice meal when I know I have to rush back to my dorm and do three projects and ten pages of research notes.

This place kills me sometimes. x_o

at school, i usually have about 300-500 for breakfast, a 50-150 kcal snack around 10, 300-500 lunch, another 100-150 kcal snack after classes, 500 for dinner, and 200 while doing homework. so, similarly sized meals through the day =]
