Everyone did so darn well this week!! I looked over all the numbers and none of us went up and that is allllways a plus! I think we are all on the fast track to reaching our goals and just wanted to say how proud i was of everyone!! keep up all the good work! |

LOL I wish i could use my weigh in from today (thursday) as my weight in for tomorrrow before a million slices of pizza. LOL Can i say I am in NZ? :) |

i know it is prolly dumb but do you have any stairs? that is a great one even if it is only a few stairs. jump rope is a good one too. |

HiYas! Would love to join too!! Mission: 27 Pounds (or more LOL) Due Date: November 7th.
aug10 ~~~ 278 aug15~~~272 ( I want to add that when I got on the scale monday after a rough weekend it said 280 and I almost passed out. I have never gone that high so i have been pretty darn good allllll week except last night where ii had too much pizza. I actually did try something like that once or twice, alot of sweat but I am not sure if it would do anything to help lose weight |
