what i suggest u do is find a non caloric food EX: Lettuce. and eat it when u feel like binging. i know first hand how binges are marked on cravings so the hardest thing to do is to FIGHT the cravings! LOL once u go one day u can think I Went YESTERDAY i can do it again TODAY and so on and so forth. and keep ONE day outa the week that u alow urself to have a treat. |

WOW DUDES!!! u eat a really little amount of kcals....this web site says im supposed to have around 2,500 a DAY...but thats cuz i weigh 304 and im 5' 10'' i wish i was taller though.... |
