The weight isnt gonna plop off. Alot of factors contribute to weight, such as how much water you drank that day, if you weigh yourself after you eat, and remember what you ate 6 hours ago is still in your body, so don't get discouraged. Itll happen. If it is slower than you would like, try exercising |

Ya I know how you feel. My face is not chubby at all, but all my fat seems to go straight for the gut. And since my legs and arms don't look chubby I feel embarrassed when I take my shirt off >.< |

Weight loss should be about getting to and maintaining a healthy life style. BMI calculators can be off by quite a bit, so don't worry to much. Unless it calculates in your natural breast size, if your naturally large, the calculation will be off. Keep up the good work! ~~ cheer |

Everyone here is right, you need to loosen your muscles up and get blood flowing. Don't forget to stretch before and after games. I've played for as long as I can remember, and we always had to warm up and stretch before and after games. Trying some sports cream, for example, BEGAY, helps with the soreness. As for the cardio, aerobic mixed with anaerobic exercising is how I have always trained. Find a track, or something else suitable and jog 1 lap, sprint a quarter of a lap, the jog, and just mix it up like that. And make sure you get your daily protein intake :) ~~ best of luck |
