Breakfast: Toasted rye bread with cucumber, all bran with milk, black coffee

Lunch: Toasted rye bread with tomatoe

Snack: Dragon fruit, raisins, almonds, avocado, carrot

Dinner: Omelet

Okay sorry, think I get the idea now!

Breakfast: Toasted rye bread with cucumber slices and black coffee

Lunch: toasted rye bread with cottage cheese, diet coke

Snack: Red capsicum, cucumber, carrots, raisins and black coffee

Dinner: Fish meatball, boiled carrots and brocolli baked in eggs.

Dessert: Orange and black coffee

Hello peoples!
I've been a member here for quite a while now, but have only been using the caloriecount funtion, and with long pauses.
Now I'm back! And I want to start using the forums, coz they seem great!

I'm 18 and weigh 142 pounds. I really like to lose 22 pounds, and preferably before late November, when I'm going to a ball with people from my old high school, so I want to look nothing less than amazing!!

So I'd love it if any of you have any ideas or the like! =)

Breakfast: Two slices of toasted rye bread, one topped with cucumber slices and 2 cherry tomatoes.

Snacks: 2 medium carrots, 1 small cucumber, 1 snacksized packet of raisins, three cherry tomatoes, 1 orange, about 25 almonds with peel.

Dinner: 1 fried chicken fillet (in olive oil), 1 sweet corn (boiled), a large portion of salad consisting of rucola, tomatoes, sundried tomatoes and spring onions.

Dessert: A medium portion of seedless grapes, both green and red.

Drinks: 2 large mugs of coffee morning and evening, and plenty of water.

Hey!

I snack heaps during the day as I have no real lunch, but divide it into small snacks during morning and afternoon instead. You might say my snacks are boring, I think so too, but they are tasty, filling and satisfying.

I eat many many carrots, as they are very filling compared to their very low amount of calories.
Small cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and snack sized capsicum.
Raisins help the sweet tooth, and when I just feel like chewing something (You probably know the feeling), I eat a handful of almonds, and if the craving continues, I always have sugarfree gum in my purse.
I agree with deflepfan16, warm things are very satisfying, therefore I enjoy Oolong tea (supposed to be slimming) or coffee instead of some high calorie cracker.
If I'm really hungry and feel I need energy, I toast a slice of rye bread, really tasty!!

I also absolutely LOVE greek yoghurt 10% with oatmeal and apricot mixed in.
