I know you only have an oven and microwave... but you can purchase a little electric grill for your kitchen! I did that last year and I have really worn it out (you can tell). Maybe this could be an option for you.

I love grilling chicken on it. It always comes out so juicy.

Just another alternative.

Someone also mentioned steamed veggies. You can even steam them in your microwave with a slightly damp papertowel - that's typically what I do.

Favorite breakfast: low fat yogurt (I am not a big fan of breakfast)

Favorite fruit/veggie: Fruit: all melons, green apples, pears, plums, pineapple (I'm a fruit fiend!)/ Vegetables: all veggies especially broccoli and green beans

Favorite sweet: I am not a big fan of sweats but I do have a soft spot for a cookie with M&Ms (having this around can inspire some BINGING!)

Favorite source of protein: skinless grilled chicken

Favorite carb: BREAD (again another food that can inspire me to binge)

Favorite fat: peanuts (peanut butter)

Favorite "diet" food: probably "diet" soda

Favorite drink: tea sweeten with splenda (no calories and good!)

Favorite overall food: cheese pizza, breadsticks, green beans

Food you hate most: probably anything with way too much sugar
