dark or white chocolate?: i love bothhh!

whole eggs or egg whites?: i don't eat eggs on their own, but while baking i prefer to use egg whites. 

fruit or vegetables?: fruit.

hot or cold cereal?: hot is a lot more satisfying to me, but i also love a ton of cold cereals.

sweet or salty?: sweet.

chips or popcorn?: popcorn.

cake or pie?: cake. it's not mah fave, though, hah.

gingerbread or shortbread cookies?: gingerbread!

fudgesicles or creamsicles?: fudgesicles, definitely.

hamburgers or hotdogs?: icky, neither.

juice or soda?: i'd rather drink juice.

celery or cucumber?: i've never had celery, haha, and i don't like cucumbers.

peanut butter or jam?: peanut butterrr!

mild or spicy?: usually spicy.

lobster or crab?: crab, but i don't eat it anymore.

white potato of sweet potato?: i've been really into sweet potatoes lately. white potatoes seem so bland to me now.

ketchup or mustard?: hmm i really like both.

rice or pasta?: probably rice unless it's pasta arrabiatta.

s: navel orange, dark chocolate hot cocoa

d: breakfast for dinner! oatmeal w. peanut butter, cinnamon, and white chocolate chips, two blueberry waffles :)

1) what's your favorite flavour of frosted mini-wheat?: plain..they have gelatin though, so i don't eat them.

halloween

roughly how many calories in halloween candy did you eat on halloween?: haha uh i didn't really keep track.. quite a few?

what kind of candy did you eat? (reeses pb cups, gummy worms, etc): caramel apple lollipop, a kit kat, a mallow cup, some hershey's, laffy taffy. stuff.

what's your favorite candy?: chocolatey: three musketeers, sweet: laffy taffy

what's your least favorite candy?: candy corn, snickers.

if you had leftover candy, what did you do with it?: i actually didn't go trick or treating.

peanut butter oatmeal, popcorn, and hot chocolate always satisfy me. graham crackers, grapefruit, and cookies though always leave me not full and wanting more, haha. i guess i can kind of see why, but it seems like even if i ate a bunch, i wouldn't be satisfied.

last night was trick or treat night in my town, and i had a fun size twix, fun size butterfinger crisp, some starbursts, a caramel apple lollipop, and i also made some scrumptious cookies yesterday :). which i've had three of today already, hahaaa.

breakfast: peanut butter oatmeal, gross tea that i made, some pretzel rods, haha

snack: 1/2 hot choc. 1/2 coffee from tim's

lunch: i was out with my friend so i didn't have much, but cherry limeade light, clif blueberry z bar, and tinglez (like chocolate covered pop rocks, yumm)

dinner: penne arrabiatta and a pumpkin chocolate chip muffin i made :)

snack: plum honey lavender yogurt mixed with 1/2 cup of blueberries, special k double chocolate protein bar

i may have forgotten some things..and i'll have more to eat tonight because i'm going to a friend's house.

breakfast: tall nonfat, no whip, pumpkin spice latte from starbucks (trust me, i usually eat breakfast, but i had no time except for going here with my friend who takes me to school)

lunch: peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread, strawberry light yogurt w. special k red berries and multigrain cheerios mixed in

snack: blueberry bagel w. whipped blueberry cream cheese, hot chocolate with marshmallows

dinner: brown rice, shrimp, yellow onion, red pepper, soy sauce (very good :))

snack: fiber one oats 'n' chocolate bar, smart pop kettle corn

snack: three oreos, two mini laffy taffy, dark chocolate hot chocolate (i'm clearly loving hot chocolate at the moment!), handful of pretzels

to explain the end of the day, i was trying to get in calories and fat that i needed because of my work out. next time i need to not fill up those calories i need with sugary crap, hah.

we like a lot of the same things! most of the stuff, i'd say, is healthy. maybe you could switch to whipped cream cheese, which i personally like the texture of better anyways. nestle makes hot chocolate called "rich hot chocolate" or "mini marshmallows" that's only 80 calories that i drink, but it's not sugar free if that's something that you really want, and i'm not sure if it's available in canada. just a few tips :)

snack: coffee w. some half and half and splenda, raspberry yoplait light yogurt

lunch: pita pizza on whole wheat pita (pizza sauce and mozzarella)

snack: 100 calorie pack of kettle corn, nestle hot chocolate w. mini marshmallows, caramel apple lollipop

dinner (haven't had yet): snow crab legs, baked potato, some kind of fruit

i'm definitely a day eater. i'm usually most hungry around 11 or noonish, but sometimes it depends on the day. it sounds weird, but a lot of times, at night i'm not in the "mood" to eat, haha. strange, i know.

chocolate nutri-grain bars were sooo good. i remember eating them for breakfast in like third grade, haha. also i remember those toaster pizza things someone mentioned before. i also haven't seen salsa doritos in a long time, but i wish they still had them! another thing i just thought of, too, is einstein's bagels had pizza for a while that was really good, not the pizza bagels but normal pizza. ahh yum.

breakfast: double fiber cinnamon swirl oatmeal

lunch: lender's blueberry bagel w. whipped cream cheese, sugar free jell-o dark chocolate pudding, pretzels, and some of a hershey bar

snack: 3 buttered popcorn rice cakes, 100 calorie pack of chocolate covered pretzels

dinner: pizza bagel (whole wheat bagel, sauce, mozzarella cheese), strawberries

snack: 94% fat free popcorn snack bag, another 100 calorie pack of chocolate covered pretzels, chocolate brownie clif zbar

not the most nutritious of days. ohhh well.

i usually eat 250-400 for dinner, but then i always snack like a fiend afterwards. for some reason, i have this mind set that i need to save a ton of calories for the end of the day, but i always end up stuffing myself at night to reach a good amount of calories.

snack: fiber one oats 'n' chocolate bar, 3 buttered popcorn rice cakes

lunch: granny smith apple, jell-o sugar free dark chocolate pudding, 1 cup multigrain cheerios w. 1/3 cup silk vanilla light soy milk

snack: popsecret 94% fat free popcorn snack bag, coffee w. cinnamon vanilla creamer and stevia

i'm not sure about dinner quite yet! i think my grandparents are coming overrr. i'll edit later.

15, junior in high school, 5'4.5''

highest weight: 125ish. this was after freshman year, and i basically got up to that weight by completely not caring one single bit about what i ate. i completely realize that isn't a high weight, but it is personally my highest, and i did not look right at that weight at all. it's kind of ironic, because i got to that weight when i took several intense dance classes.

lowest weight: the lowest that i've ever seen on the scale in the past 3 years is 100.5.

current weight: 102-103. i got here by improving what i ate quite a lot, and i am so much healthier now, except i am controlling and obsessive about food. i love to exercise, too.

happiest weight: honestly, right now. i know i think about food too much and that i don't have the best relationship with it, but i am so much more confident than i have ever been, my body is more physically fit than it has ever been fitness-wise, and i like what i see when i gaze into the mirror.

i've heard that lots of carbs but low fiber foods are good before a workout

i usually have pretzels or an apple with peanut butter before a workout, and that hasn't ever upset my stomach or left me wanting more after my pre-workout snack.

i went to trader joe's recently just to get a few things and i got:

chocolate meringue cookies

4 luna bars (peanut butter cookie, s'mores, caramel nut brownie, and nutz over chocolate)

12 grain crackers

nutty chocolate granola bars

i've had my first two ever in the past two weeks. the first one, i felt this unbearable pressure on my chest, and i was hyperventilating (during this i was also drunk and smoking hookah though, and i think this influenced it). my second one was six days later at the very end of my last class of the day. it was super hot in the room, and i was feeling super anxious, and i just started hyperventilating. i'm already an anxious person in general, and anxiety/panic attacks run in the family for me, so i'm sure that has some part in my attacks.
