Hello everyone, I haven't been using calorie count for awhile that why i haven't posted lately. Here's a little update: Well Me and my bf of a year and a half broke up, but its for the best because i just don't find myself attracted to him anymore.. It was still very hard because he did some pretty messed up things to both me and my family but I have been working through it pretty well. I am currently 126 pounds so i have gained about 2 pounds since my lowest weight in a while 124. I'm not too worried about it, it could just be water weight but i don't know. Still looking to lose 10 pounds maybe so if anyone wanted to be support buddies message me! But i will most deffinatley be posting more maybe not every weigh in but i like talking to you guys, so how is everyone? Anyone reaching goals? I love hearing inspirational stuff! |

I had a lot of vending machine food. Candy bars, sunchips, trail mix, ect. I also would go out to eat with friends to fast food. But mostly i just drank WAY too much caffiene and sugary drinks. Monster enery drinks were my favorite and also a lot of black and white mochas, venti size with whip, somtimes even made with breve aha. |

I think once school starts it will make it a lot more easy to lose weight too. As long as I bring my own food with me, and don't bring money so i can't buy fast food when all my friends do. I have weight training for like the whole year so i am pretty excited about that. My school is really new so we have like treadmills and elipticals and stuff. |

ughh i have been doing so bad for the last 3 days, i have not counted calories at all. i just need some support or words of advice. How are you guys? I hope you are doing well. I just really need to get back on track before i gain any more weight. |

Its not an instant powder base, ( i work there), It is real tea. I have brewed it. You have to ask for it unsweetened or else it come with pumps of classic syrup. On the website it shows the sweetened version. Don't worry if you get the unsweetened version it doesn't have any calories or sugar, it just plain tea. |

I have come to notice that i am a social eater. I don't like it, and sometimes its even my idea to eat something bad! Well currently i am in a relationship. My boyfriend like me the way i am. So he makes me feel good about that. And i live in Seattle Washington and love it! Its so green which i also love. |

I work out at the local track by my house. You could easily run around your neighborhood and do workouts from magazines or dvd's. |

Yeah, i just wish school wasn't starting up so soon so i could lose more weight, but i am not gonna push it. I am just fearful that once i start school i will gain all the weight back like i did last year.. But that was different so i don't think its gonna happen. I am just gonna stay active and pack my own food so i don't mess myself up. |

When do you start school? I start on Sep 3. I decided to wait to go school shopping till the end of Aug. so i can get maybe a size smaller than i am now. I don't even really know what size i am because i haven't bought jeans in so long since i was a size 5! I still wear those jeans they're just a little tight lol. |

So my calorie coach says i am expected to reach my goal by December 26, but i am sure i can reach it by christmas. Does anyone else feel they can reach their final goal by christmas? I am not sure who in this group wants to reach their goal by christmas or who is just trying to lose their first 25 by christmas. |

Taykaybelle- Once i go back to school i am going to bring lunch also. I recently bought some containers to store foods in for while i am out. As for foods to put in them i like whole wheat pita sandwiches with tuna fish or peanut butter with sugar free apricot preserves, oh my gosh this is such a treat to me! lol Have you ever made oven fried chicken? I use fiber one cereal and corn flakes for the coating. To make the coating stick i use fat free buttermilk. Then you drizzle with olive olive right before stick it in the oven. I find that chicken breast on the bone doesn't dry out compared to boneless chicken breast. You just jave to cook a bit longer. About going to parties, just eat in moderation. Or stick to what you know isn't bad like fruit, veggies and just eat moderation everything else. ONLY HAVE ONE PIECE OF CAKE! lol But that one is pretty obvious. To everyone else, how is your week going? Are you finding it hard/easy? Are you making healthy choices? Have you ate something you regret? Done something you regret? Did you exercise this week? If so what did you do?

Popgirl-I made my own black bean soup recently, it was very flavorful and i didn't even add much salt, just a dash. But i put WAY too much onions so i didn't finish it all. Patrickkryan- Sometimes i wake up really late like twelve but i still eat breakfast, i love breakfast. Is it breakfast foods you don't like or is it just the though or eating right when you wake up in the morning.? Taykaybelle- Why don't you try taking at least a protein/nutrition bar with you too school and a piece of fruit. That way at least your eating something but you don't have to be at home to eat it. Taykaybelle- You sound like a busy girl! lol Its good that you have so many interests. Colleges will love you! And i am glad we share a common interest of cooking. Studying abroad is my goal as well. I don't do sports very often, although i love playing volleyball for fun with friends. I like to run, on occasion. I actually wanted to try ballet, but i feel like i would be starting to late (i mean like every person i know that does it has been doing it since they are like 2!) Friday weigh in days are perfect for me since i already weigh in on fridays! I guess my modivation is to feel better about myself and be healthier altogether. I have poor self esteem issues =[. Well a little bit more about me, i have a great support system. A lot of my friends are trying to become more healthy. Also i love to cook, its one of my passions, i want to go to paris to study classical french cuisine. What about you guys? What is a little of your story? |
