Weigh in: 138.8 :( after a night of drinking and gorging late night at t-bell. I was 134.4 just 2 days ago, but finals and and celebrating end of finals last night apparently did me in. One more night of drinking tonight and i'm back to strict diet. Been riding my bike A LOT though. |

I just had a wonderful healthy dinner (500cal) of fish and veggies after a good work out.. which I feel really great about. Now all I can think about is more food. I'm up to 1400cal today (goal is 1200-1300/day but 1400 is still good) so I don't want to eat more. I'm trying to limit carbs in my diet because they don't fill me up and just trigger me binging. I just really want peanut butter jelly sandwhich... or two or three PB&J... but will resist. It hurts to so desperately want two contradicting things... weight loss and amazing cheese, carbs, oils, and peanut butter. I can do without sweets but I do love pizza, quesidillas, calzones or garlic cheese balls from this local place, pb&j, rice-a-roni, pasta, and macaroni and cheese. I swear i'll be good tonight but I'm just venting about cravings.

Weigh in at 136.0! W00t cause I was 140 last night. I've been eating great and exercising a whole lot. I'll probably fluctuate back up but this is very encouaging. Let's all lose 1-2 by next wed. |

I'm really stoked how much high water/fiber content foods fill you up with very few calories. I ate sooooo much fresh homemade soup with chicken boulleon, mushrooms, carrots, bell peppers, celery, canned tomatoes, and cabbage. When I logged the recipe an entire huge pot full was only 220 so calories! I could only eat 1/2 of the pot (and i'm a huge overeater type) until i was stuffed. So if you're looking for a way to get 1300 a day, veggies are going to be my trick. Today i'm satisfied off of 1079 which baffles me. I can easily wolf down 1000 calories in one sitting on carbs and cheese... and take a food coma nap afterwards. Good to know I can stuff my face with fruits/veggies and not have it kill my calories for the day. Only problem is that with all the veggies I eat now, I fart a LOT. I need some OTC fart stuff now its so bad.

Perfect! I'm about 140lbs (5'6'') and have a goal weight of 125lbs. I gained 20lbs in the last year from binge drinking and drunchies (yay college). I just went to the store to buy a bunch of fresh fruit and veggies that I can munch on to keep calories low and fill me up. I do enjoy my larger boobs, but the stomach and thighs are just getting unattractive. I really don't want to buy new clothes, and I still don't recognize my new body... so I would like to reclaim my former self.

I would love to join in! I'm same at 138-140ish and would like to get down to 125-120ish. I really put on the pounds since transferring to 4yr college 9months ago and find myself overeating or making bad food choices when drunk. I've tried exercising/eating right but never stick to it, and i'm hoping to stick this time.
